Cory is the man! Sunday, 1 pm, my skates are hacked up from Farmington pond, I call, and they're open to sharpen my skates! Welcoming, professional. While I was there he took the time to talk to each customer. It's the professionalism I've come to expect from a Veteran owned company. This area of North Davis, South Weber county has needed a business like this for some time. This is a shop I can trust to sharpen my hockey skates. It saved me the long trip to SLC. Repeat customer here!

I'm so much a novice in ice-skating that I have a hard time telling the difference between an ice skate and a hockey puck.

I wanted a pair of skates for my granddaughter, who is a beginner. I got tired of the rentals that hurt the feet and are missing eyelets.

The staff was patient and worked with us, getting her into a pair of skates that fit. They then sharpened the blade of the skates to meet her needs. Apparently, differing sharpening gives different results, which makes sense, but the result is a bit beyond me at this time ( still learning).

When the kid got on the ice, she loved the feel of the skates.

Not only was the staff patient, they sharpened the skates. All this at a cost that was cheaper than Amazon or one of those big box sporting goods store. Neither of them offer sharpening with the price of their skates.

When my granddaughter improves and her foot size increases, I plan to go back there to get her new skates.

Also, since skate blades need maintenance, if you get skates there, supposedly one gets a discount on future blade sharpening.

He was able to adjust my son's skates that were too tight, saving us from having to buy a new pair this year. Corey is very knowledgeable and his new shop is very conveniently located. We will be coming here again!

Cory and his wife are awesome! Took the time to fit my daughter in her first pair of blades! They wanted to find the right skate for my daughter and not just sell us an expensive pair of skates. Will be back for her first pair of gloves and shin pads very soon!

Great hockey shop and awesome customer service

Little hole in the wall shop packed full of one thing- hockey stuff. Katie was fun and helpful, the shop had pretty much everything I needed (even junior skate size pink laces, yeah buddy), and more. Skate sharpening is reasonably priced and done while you wait, no complaints. I'll definitely be back. Twice. Or thrice. Or twelve times. You get the idea.
