I have been working with Alpine Home Medical to get some compression stockings. We have had a really hard time finding several pair that actually worked. Turned out I needed a higher level of containment than most people. They have been very good to work with me. The only thing I would recommend to future clients is to follow up often on your order if you haven’t heard anything. I needed to do that often. However, I do recognize my situation was very unique and much more complicated than most with all the exchanges. I haven’t tried them all to make sure they work, but I have confidence that they will work as well as any for my situation. The managers, Stacey and Darcie have been wonderful to work with and I very much appreciate the time and energy they put into helping me. I think you will be very happy with their service, I have been.

Tiffani was brilliant! I got there and she had everything ready so it was smooth from the beginning. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions - even the ones I didn't realize I had! Such a great experience, thank you!

I give five stars to Stacey; she was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and accommodating my needs. I hope to keep working with in the future. The in-store experience was good.

But I was frustrated with Alpine HM's phone system, trying to get a live knowledgeable person to talk to. I spent about an hour and a half getting passed around and waiting the day before my visit trying to speak with someone that could help. For a local company this should not have to be so difficult.

These guys did a great job. They had equipment I needed that they lent me until mine showed up. They worked with my insurance to keep thing moving and got me into a new chair very quickly. They are very knowledgeable about what they do an very good experience working with them!!

The insurance verification team was incredible. We had an early arrival with no breast pump in sight. They helped to get us approved and pump in hand just in time. So grateful.

Very help and attentive staff. I would recommend them to everyone who needs medical devices. They have a large selection of equipment and there sales people are really friendly and helpful.

I love Alpine Medical! I need to wear compression socks and they always have a really good selection and the customer service is excellent! Darcie and the others are very helpful great to deal with.

Tiffany at Alpine Hime Medical was amazing! She helped me sort out my medical device issue. I also am so thankful to the gentleman who stayed late for me. He stayed past closing time so I could pick up my machine. I really appreciate him for caring about a random stranger.

Fast response time for an online request, great service in store. Made getting a breast pump super easy and quick.

The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had no worries picking up my C-Pap. Every question I had was already answered. If I were you, I would tell my insurance to go through these folks.

From the outset of my prescription for a CPAP being received by them they have been professional and knowledgeable.

I received a call from "Z" who let me know what all of the eligability and requirement for Medicare would be. Then got information on my specific plan.

He then called back and was ready to set up my rent payment plan, required by Medicare.

Tiffani in the Ogden Store then set up the training for use of the device and is very professional and thorough in her presentation for a fairly complex machine.

I appreciate the excellent service I have received from them, start to finish, they really do " ...bring wellness home!"

The lady I worked with was WONDERDUL! She answered all my questions, helped me with my mask fitting, and was super friendly!

The visit was to replace my CPAP machine, the staff thoroughly reviewed the new mask and machine and answered all my questions, and also introduced me to two travel CPAP machines I had recently heard about. My appointment started exactly on time and efficiently run… Have been using there services for some 15 years with no complaints!

Great service at Ogden location. Had to wait a day for the insurance auth to come through, but stopped by the next day and the auth came through as we waited. 10 minutes later my knee scooter was ready. Friendly, professional staff made it happen.

I expected the “training” process to be quick and the equipment to be intimidating. I was so wrong - in a good way. The equipment is much lower profile than anticipated and the training was very thorough and allowed for all my questions without feeling rushed. Tiffani was great, and made way less scary than I thought it was all going to be. It’s been 4 nights and I fall asleep faster and stay asleep most of not all night and I can easily sleep on my side.
