The UPS Store

So far this is the best UPS store this side of SoCA! Manager Elvy Cifuentes was efficient, friendly and patient with our family while she notarized our voluminous and complex legal documents that needed to be apostilled (authenticated) by the Secretary of State office. She’s well aware of the current CA laws and regulations and as a result she was really an effective notary public, and at the same time she’s very professional and customer-focused. She and her staff continued to attend to us and also the other walk-in customers. This UPS store definitely has a high standard of excellence in customer service!

I have a mailbox here for the last 3 years and I would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone looking for a safe reliable location to send your packages, aside from their professional and good customer service this particular family business is very welcoming. Elvi the manager has always been super helpful and very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the business.

When you have a chance, I’d recommend folks stopping by here. Cheaper than Staples or any other major office supply store and more efficient in my opinion.

My favorite UPS store. Have always encountered kind and helpful staff here, which hasn't always been the case elsewhere (looking at you Whittier store on Hadley). The only local store I know of that is actually open on Sundays, very convenient! This has been very beneficial whenever I've had a package ready to go but didn't want to wait until Monday to ship it out. Definitely my go-to location, thanks!!

This is definitely my favorite UPS Store out of all the surrounding locations. I have gone in twice to get a Live Scan and Elvy has been so patient and kind to me. She makes sure each step is done carefully every time and is very patient with the process. Elvy always gives me excellent customer service. I always have a great experience going in to this UPS location and I come out highly satisfied with the service I receive. This has definitely become my go-to UPS Store. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have a positive experience with the workers. Service is also done fast and you will be in and out with no troubles.
