Super friendly staff and great service! My battery died the other day and O'Reilly was the only place nearby that had my model in stock (and they had 5 compared to the zero at every other auto place in the area!) Adam helped me find the right battery and even got it installed for me, chatting happily the whole time. I think I just found my new preferred parts shop!

This evening we were fortunate enough to have Desmond turn our rough situation into a pleasurable experience. After our vehicle died in a parking lot, Desmond walked through the steps to get us the parts we needed. Then upon resolving the issue, he offered for us to bring the car back to help us ensure that the issue was isolated to the components that we replaced. After all of this, Desmond went even further to recommend the fluids that we were low on get topped up. Through the entirety of this, he was nothing but pleasant and professional and this will now be the store I go to any time I need auto parts. He is a credit to your business!

After my daughter convinced me to give O'Reilly's a try, instead of a major competitor, I am very pleased. Adam went above and beyond and really helped me out. Great store!! Happy employees and manager!!

I stopped in on a 90° day to have my battery checked. The attendant didn't hesitate to come out in the heat to help diagnose the problem. It wasn't even just one simple test but he was pleasant and helpful through it all.

Didn’t have the parts I needed but were an huge help in helping me find them all at the same location (which was more challenging than you would think.). As a woman, sometimes auto issues are intimidating and stressful. They were helpful and professional and didn’t make me feel like a dope. I am grateful.

Amazing service by all employees! Brandon by far is the best guy ever! He helps us find exactly what we need each time we come in and always finds us the best deal! They are never out of stock of the items we need and all the employees are friendly nice and helpful. Will definitely come back!!

A well stocked store, with a staff who are always helpful,. They do order parts for you. They give Military Veteran discounts. They have put the windshield wiper blades on my wife's car for her. As I said great staff.

Very helpful. When other places won't check your check engine light they are still offering this service. That meant a lot to me as I hate not knowing why a light is on! Also in my experience here this staff has always been much more friendly than other auto part stores I've been to.

Staff is very friendly and engaging. Did not hesitate to ask if I needed assistance with installation of my new wiper blades. Always get great help when I come to this store.

I would just like to say that not only were there a wide range of products, but the customer service is unparalleled. I came to the store in 35-degree weather while it was rainy and windy. Not only did I purchase wiper blades and a head light (mine had burned out) and get both replaced, Steve also replaced my rear left tail light, which had burned out, with a bulb that I already had. I was shocked and grateful for him as he had gone above and beyond what he needed to. I'm glad to report that I will be back and with Steve D as the manager this business is in great hands. He is as knowledgeable as he is personable. Thank you O'Reilys.

Great customer service, and the prices are extremely better than AutoZone. So, I choose to do my business here at this parts chain because of customer service. You will not get this customer service at AutoZone. I don't know why they are blatantly disrespectful to customers at AutoZone,and their prices are almost double at AutoZone. And you can forget about placing a call to AutoZone because when you do , you are directly placed on hold. Yea, I'll be getting my parts here at O'RILEYS from now on. No one likes to be treated like dirt and lied to right. Thanks O'REILLYS glad that I made the switch to your stores, should have done it long time ago. Better prices , same warranties on parts. Way better customer service.

Great customer service and attitude. Personality goes along way with me. Service industry is full of people that hate their jobs. Not this location. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Took my core back, no problems.
Guys were friendly. I was in and out with both transactions and I appreciated that.

While driving down Schoenherr, my brake caliper fell off causing me to lose all brakes. I pulled into their parking lot and went inside to see what could be done. They were extremely helpful, and had the parts I needed. They also let me borrow the tools required for the job. While I was fixing it in the parking lot, they repeatedly came out to make sure I was doing ok, and offered tips to help me get it together. Thanks to them, I was able to get my vehicle back home without a tow. That was my first time there, and they have definitely earned my business for the future.

appreciate that the website is often accurate about whether something is in stock and the staff gets me out of there fast with the right parts. Internet order and pick=up in store has worked fine several times.

I go to this location most. Helpful and knowledgeable employees. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are quick to track it down at another location and have it saved for you. Highly recommend.

I always get decent service they try answer my questions. If they don't know they are honest and say so. So that's 5 star to me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people will actually come out and put Park on your car for you if you need it windshield wipers and stuff like that everything you need for your car very friendly people
