These guys are unbelievable and extremely kind people with great values that will help you in any way they can to ensure that what you need to be repaired can and will be repaired. I came in with a nonstandard device, a golf shot tracker, that needed a little micro soldering that nobody else in northern VA would touch. Every company I spoke with before contacting TekRenu told me that they would not work on my device without even looking at it. TekRenu not only took on the repair of a broken micro USB charging port and Lithium Poly battery replacement, but they also made some additional repairs that they felt could use some refreshing. These guys are ethical, kind, professional and extremely capable to take on whatever you need repaired. Give em a try, you won't regret it!!!

Took my MacBook in to get my swollen battery replaced due to overcharging it. Very pleasant experience! The staff is very friendly as well. Walked in, explained my problem, and had my laptop back in about a weeks time. What I paid was reasonable as well! Definitely go back to TekRenu for all my computer problems and future needs.

I’ve used TekRenu many times and they’ve never been anything other than totally professional and helpful. Judy has bent over backwards to help me. By reading the other reviews it seems like this sentiment is shared by all her customers.

I saw the review by “L” who is not even a customer and was admittedly “not really listening” playing on her phone but claimed to know what’s going on well enough to write a review and scoff at MANY others who’ve had legitimate 5 star experiences. I wonder if “L” has ever had a retail business and understands that there are people who will try to take advantage of businesses if they can get away with it. I doubt it since L’s writing style leads me to believe she's intelligent, but juvenile at the same time. I would listen to the people who were actual customers like myself.

I dropped my gaming laptop off with them to see if they could repair water damage and although my laptop had been damaged for months and was in really bad shape they were able to make it good as new!! I can’t believe it:)

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Needed a logic board replaced on a mid-2014 MacBook Pro. Apple said they couldn't source a board that old. Judy was awesome. If you're looking for a local family-owned business that provides great customer service, a family-like experience and is very technically knowledgeable, then I very strongly recommend you visit. Typing this from a laptop I thought I had lost for good...and they upgraded the specs. Not only running but running much faster now.

The owner Judy is a really sweet and genuine person. I needed my phone fixed the same day, but she didn't have the part available. However, she gave me some great advise on how to pick the right phone repair shop and some security measures to take to ensure personal data on my phone is not compromised. She has great customer service skills and I could tell she was a people's person off my first impression of her.

Another great experience with Judy at TekRenu. Top notch communication is her strength. She is always transparent and honest. The repair work is always great. Once again our machine is up and running like new.

The owner of this buisness is very sweet and is determined to get your device fixed. I requested a quote on Friday afternoon, and she gave me a call back within 6 hours. My laptop power button got pushed in too far where it affected my laptop turning on and staying on for the time. I turned in my laptop on Monday for repair and picked it up on Thursday.

There is a $50 diagnostic fee that i was not initially ready for. Their price is affordable. They also have very talented technicians that can fix almost anything. I would definitely go here again if necessary. :)

Brought in my PC for some issues - Judy was so friendly from start to end. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and even stayed after closing to make sure I’d get it back in time. Very communicative and helpful all throughout the process. TekRenu is my go-to place for repairs of my old and new devices, and here's how it started.

I had a power issue with a rare, older tablet that's no longer in production (and likely no parts). I took it to another place a couple of years ago. They "repaired" it. I paid for the repair but it went bad again very soon after. A year later, I decided to give it another attempt at repair at TekRenu. They fixed it and it's been working like a charm.

Awesome service provided today. Broke a tonearm wire on my turntable over the weekend and needed it re-soldered. Despite computer and mobile device repairs being their main business, they offered to fix regardless. Brought it in the next day and was fixed within minutes while I waited for a small fee. Took it home and am happy to report that the turntable is back to new again! Thanks again! Strongly recommended!

Wonderful experience! My laptop had an issue and I needed it to be fixed urgently. The team was extremely kind enough to stay back to figure out the root cause and fix it the same day. The whole team is very customer oriented and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Both the owners are extremely sweet and pleasant to talk with. Definitely recommend them for any tech issues!

I'm very gratefull for TekRenu's quick work to fix my computer and recover all the data I thought was lost. They put all my data on a new hard drive in about a day or two. I thought after spilling a drink on my computer I would never work again but they brought the comptuer back to life too. They've earned my trust!

Within two days of finding them on Google when seeking microsoldering, I was able to get my part replaced and returned back to me.

While my part was being serviced, images were sent to me to reassure me of the efforts. I tested the part briefly and it seems to be fully functioning.

Tekrenu is a great locally-owned business. I first met the owner, Judy, when I brought my daughter's iPad in for a new screen. They replaced the broken glass while we waited (only a few minutes). The repair was fantastic and the price was very competitive. Since then we've called upon Tekrenu to fix other devices - laptops, iPhone screens, etc... Super knowledgeable, nice, and helpful staff. Great pricing. So glad we don't have to make an appointment to go sit around at a "genius bar" anymore!

After calling a few places around NOVA and asking about prices and how long it would take to fix my screen for my Samsung S8+, I decided to give TekRenu a try. I am so glad I did! Other places charge around $260-$270 and were going to take 4+ hours to repair (one even wanted an appointment far in advance).

TekRenu charged $210 and My phone was ready in a little over an hour. They were very professional, friendly, and did quality work.

I have had a phone screen repair completed once a couple years ago at another place and when they were done, they basically handed me the phone and asked for payment. The lady at TekRenu was not like that at all. She asked me to check several things on my phone (camera, screen, calling my friend outside to make sure we could hear each other well, had my friend call me to make sure the volume of the ringtone was normal). She definitely wanted to make sure everything was good to go and up to my satisfaction.

This place has exceptional service and did a great job! Don't go to other places for any electronic repairs; go here!
