AT&T Store

Didn't have to wait long. Amber was so polite and knowledgeable. When you're spending your money, you want respect and want someone that listens your needs. Not someone who will try to sell you anything just to make a commission.

Becky was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions with patience and was super quick so she didn’t take up my lunch break. Love her and our ATT store!

Both Becky and Andrew were a great help and very professional. Store is very clean and well organized. Provided comfortable seating and took special care with assuring social distancing and safety of everyone. Would highly recommend this AT&T home store in Newport.

I had been using cricket for about 3 or 4 years. I am a 100% disabled veteran with a service dog. I went into cricket on 3-3-2021 to add my girlfriend to my plan. The girl that was in cricket in Newport Arkansas told me that she wasn’t helping me and I needed to leave because of my service dog who was clearly marked and doing her job. So today my girlfriend and I go to ATT. And Becky was very helpful and friendly and had no problem with my service dog. Thank you Becky for all you did for us today.

Becky was so nice. She helped us upgrade our phone and made sure everything was perfect before we left. I would definitely recommend using the Newport AT&T store. Thank you!

Becky and crew have always been friendly and very helpful. I am hard on phones and my issue's have not been easy to deal with. I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and I have not had a disappointing experience yet.

The store at Newport doesn’t hand out free devices just because you come in and say you have a receipt number after allegedly going through customer service to order a phone and they told you to come there and the employees would give you a device that was not paid for out of that inventory, so Bobby Gipson you can keep your hateful and negative comments about that location to yourself!

I was so glad to see when I went into my local store to get help with my phone that Becky had come back to work there. Her and Trey both are very friendly and made me feel very welcome . Great service at the Newport store!!!

Everytime I have had to go to the store for hwlp, to purchase accessories for my phone or pay my bill everyone has been very helpful and nice. I will continue to use them thanks to their above and beyond service!

They were amazing!! They gave me all the time I needed to set up my phone and answer questions. So much patience for this tech-challenged girl.

The staff are great. I have been in several AT&T offices and none of them are as efficient and informative and very helpful as the Newport Arkansas AT&T store.
