I’m definitely going to make this my go to place. Jacob was extremely helpful and saved me some money in the process. He is a person of high integrity that will give insight to the inexperienced; this integrity is not so common as it once was.
It was difficult to find a fit for my 2022 CX30. If buying online you pay high in shipping for these products. They are already overpriced due to only two quality manufacturers providing products. Hopefully they soon get more competition.
Pacific Rack has everything there to see first hand. A photo is not good enough for most things.

I had a Yakima Rocketbox that was broken and couldn't get it closed. Dropped it off at Pacific Rack at 10AM, they had it repaired within two hours. I thought it was a lost cause. Great guys at the shop. Great customer service! I'll go to them for all my accessories from now on.

These guys were extremely helpful with getting me set up with a rack system for my '23 Kia Sportage. I spent hours trying to find something that would work for my car but they found a solution immediately. I definitely recommend you give them a visit for all your outdoor vehicle gear. I'll be back!

Pacific Rack is awesome! It is so nice to have a small business in town to checkout and see all the options for cargo boxes (and they are expensive to ship).

Jacob is friendly and helpful and takes his customer service seriously. We bought a Thule box that had problems and he swapped it out for another one no questions asked.

Could not recommend them more. I decided I wanted to get a kayak last minute which meant I would need racks, J hooks, etc.
I know nothing about kayaking. I had MAYBE gone once in my life so you can imagine the many questions I had and things that needed to be explained.
He was even honest with me about ways I could save myself some money which not many companies are. But ultimately it was appreciated! He spent the time to teach me how to set everything up and to attach everything securely. May I add in the scorching heat.
Again I’m beyond thankful!

Helped me with a problem with a bike rack that I’d bought in another town a few months earlier. He pulled out multiple sets of tools to fix it, all extremely friendly and with it clear I wasn’t there to buy anything. Could not have been more pleasant or useful. It looked like they had a clean store and good selection, too. I wish we had been in Ashland when we needed our rack!

I came in last minute with what I thought was a tricky dilemma getting a cargo container to fit on top of my car with a large paddleboard and have them both easily accessible. Jacob helped me try out all of the options with amazing patience and got me settled with the cheapest best combination of new and used in only a couple of hours start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the speed and price!

Great local shop with all kinds of rack expertise. From brand new racks in multiple brands, to having or finding the odd used part to get an old bike/ski rack working, they can do it all.

Came in to ask about a bag for a Thule basket that I already have, as well as inquire about getting a bike rack for my car. I spoke to Jacob and he was v helpful with answering all my questions and explaining the mechanics of everything. Great shop!
