I frequently purchase parts at this location, Andy has typically helped me when I've had to put together some good size orders. I do a lot of engine repairs and car rebuilds has as well as Marine equipment. You have a pretty good selection for marine and electrical components. Gigantic air filter selection. Only case I can round that I could find cabin air filters for F-150s Typically can get in things that you don't have in store in a very timely manner. I did have a tough time locating a generac cross reference to a air filter but THANK YOU Justice; really good about helping me sort through the boxes and find one that was a decent panel that we were able to use. Getting generic parts can be a Real PITA. Thank you and looking forward to the next project.

This is by far my favorite AutoZone. The employees there every single one of them is extremely compassionate and understanding. We broke down during a backpacking trip and were able to make it to this AutoZone. The car was overheating, and we have more than 86 miles to go to get home. The older gentleman that was working tonight on 8/12 was extremely compassionate, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He showed empathy and understood our situation and was extremely genuine. The younger guy that was working tonight who close the store was extremely nice. Offered our kids waters and let us know that we can stay as long as we needed to stay until AAA got here and there were three guys working and all three of them showed so much care. When you have such a genuine employees, it’s hard not to want to purchase from the store because you know that they are honest and care. I highly recommend this location for your car part needs.

James Hurt was definitely a huge help to my wife and I helping us out with our car battery. I appreciated his professionalism. Sometimes when you ask for help people now days have bad customer service. My wife and I are very satisfied being helped by James Hurts .I'll be going back to auto zone!!!

We stopped by on Sunday after our check engine light came on several hours from home with no mechanics open in the area. What started as a stressful situation was quickly eased thanks to Skyler and James who were working that afternoon. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - assisting us in diagnosing the issue and pointing us to a solution. We were able to get back on the road shortly after and make it home without any issues. Can't thank them enough for that!

Seeing online what they have in stock before going there is a great time saver.. I by default always go here over others.

Amazing and helpful! Andy was so helpful to me, I needed to drive halfway across the country and of course my light goes right before I was going to go. I don’t know much about cars lol, never been much of a car guru. I let Andy know my circumstances and he was so helpful even putting the light in for me! I had no clue what I was doing and Andy saved the day! Thank you for the amazing service Andy!

The best parts store. Better than Amazon for most parts and has a great rewards program much better than the other stores.

Great experience from the staff, Casey and a woman manager at Bonney Lake store, they listened and helped. Casey fixed a big problem for me, and had some great advice. I will return to that store

James Hurt gave me superior customer service extremely knowledgeable gave me the assistance I needed went above and beyond saving me a long drive for no reason offering me an alternative solution to meet my needs by ordering the part having it deliver to my local store.

Went in to get a battery. Had both Zach and Christian help me change it. They are both awesome for all the help! I could not believe you had to unhook so many things to take the battery out. If it was not for the 2 of them I would have never been able to get it out!!

I received a windshield wiper that was not compatible with my car. Andy helped go above and beyond to ensure that I was able to drive safely in the rain. He Jimmy rigged the wiper that I had and attached it to the arm so that it was able to be used. This is due to the part only being available at the Subaru dealership which wasn't a possibility that evening & it was going to be raining the next day.

Elizabeth was absolutely lovely to me when I went in. I dont know much about cars, and she was super helpful and patient with my ignorance lol. She helped me get what I needed and cracked a few jokes to me, overall great customer service from her in particular!

Always friendly service, posts were in stock and got me back on the road ASAP!

Reuben was fantastic. I drive a 2010 prius, so as some know the passenger side headlights are a NIGHTMARE to replace. For the cost of the new bulb, he was more than happy to take apart what needed to be to install a new headlight, even clearing a pesky diagnostic code along the way. And this isn't the first time AutoZone has helped me. I bought another light from the local O'Reilly and when they didn't have the staff to do the install, they sent me here, and the staff helped me without hesitation. This store is top notch, and being right around the corner from many who live in the Bonney Lakr area, it's a fast, convenient option for getting what you need to get you back on the road. From what others tell me, Reuben loves coming to help work on cars and put new parts in place, which fits in with AutoZones mission to put their customers first. I learned a lot about my car today and it was all thanks to the amazing team at AutoZone.

After spending hours on YouTube learning how to change out my low beams as they have dimmed over the years...and learning this can be a real PAIN ! I stopped by and spoke with Andy at the Bonney Lake AutoZone...SO GLAD I DID...HE WAS AWESOME !!! Andy guided me to the right product and even changed the bulbs for me on the spot as well! TOP VOTE FOR BEST SERVICE! I will certainly be back !!

Well I had to end up calling this AutoZone at 9:15 PM. 45 minutes before they closed asking if they had a slim floor jack to help me lift up a 2018 Nissan Sentra that collapsed on my jack that came with the car. I called and talk to the store manager Andy and asked him if he had one that I could use and then drop it back off as soon as I was done with it. And he agreed saying that I could use the floor jack to get my car back up and finish the work that needed to be done. So when I got to the store Andy had it already waiting for me, and then at 9:30 PM he asked if he could ride with me to come help me finish the job and pick up the car. Moral of the story is these guys are fantastic at this location and they went out of their way and more to help me and teach me some stuff that I didn’t know about and helped me get the job done at 10:00 pm! And I couldn’t think these guys enough!! Thank you again AutoZone! And thank you again Andy the store manager!
