Sydney was incredibly helpful during Gene Lockwood's recent winter sale. She was knowledgeable about the products, supremely patient, and in general had a great attitude. I left that day having found both stellar costumer service and a great deal on a Columbia jacket.

The staff is always very helpful here! They're all very willing to answer your questions and help you find just the product you need. They're very knowledgeable about their products. The management is very good about replacing defects and working to satisfy the customers. They recently have started carrying some boutique type items, and they are cheaper than actual boutiques. They have a wonderful selection of Patagonia, North Face, and Columbia. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

This store sells outdoor activewear brands such as Columbia, North Face, Nativ, and Southern Marsh.

I read a review saying they were rude to a customer asking for larger sizes, but there is a clearly marked section of the store with larger sizes. Plenty of XL and XXL.

Also read a review saying that the person wasn’t spoken to by staff, but there is a staff member who stands at the door and greets every customer. The other staff is friendly too.

This store is like if you took an REI, stocked it mostly with styles that local Arkansas residents like to wear (lots of T-shirts and Sweatshirts), and squished it into a store about the size of the dining area of a CFA.

Worth a peek inside to look around if you need something outdoorsy, or of a local Arkansas brand.

I was so thankful for Zach’s help! He helped me find the perfect gift for my moms birthday, she loved her new Birkenstocks! Great place for holiday or gift shopping.

I visit Hot Springs frequently and one of my favorite places to shop is Gene Lockwoods!!Prices are great, they have a great selection and variety of items for all your needs!! I love this place! I would also like to mention that Cali is amazing with customers! She is friendly, sweet and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this place!!

This is the place to go for quality gear and clothing for the outdoors and water sports. U will not beat their prices. Kind staff. Nice atmosphere. Owner has good taste in brands chosen for sales. Won’t waste your time visiting Little Rock or hotsprings locations.

Just about anything you need for outdoor apparel can be found here. Lots to choose from: plenty of winter apparel on clearance right now, which is great because winter hasn't left us just yet! They're in the process of putting the spring and warm weather things out, too.

This has a great selection of your favorite outdoor clothing and supplies. The prices on these items are pretty much the same everywhere you go. The service is very friendly and returns are no issues with a receipt.

THE LONGER YOU STAY THE MORE YOU'LL BUY. Cute little sporting goods store with a wide variety of products. I kept finding super fun items everywhere I looked & easily spent $$. Staff is super nice & willing to help find any products you're looking for.

I went in to get my kids some stuff for Christmas . The staff was very friendly and tried to help me ,the whole time ,I was in the store! I was very impressed with the help , I received!! I will definitely shop in the store more often!
