This CVS store on Harlem near the Sheridan in Amherst, had everything I was looking for, and the staff was terrific. The clerk, Allison, was very personable and helpful. She worked hard the whole time I was shopping. All of my coupons worked correctly and I was able to find everything I needed.

Rob from CVS is an absolute star! He was working Wednesday 12/29 evening and he was very helpful with my questions and also pointed out a really good deal for me. Thanks Rob!

Professional, kind, quick. If there's ever a problem with medication or insurance, they've always made it very clear to me and provided me with all of my options. I can't think of any time I ever left unsatisfied from this pharmacy (except for times it was completely the fault of insurance!).

Sometimes not able to get the drugs that have been prescribed. They don't always have the drugs ready after notifying that they are ready. Impossible to speak to a pharmacist . I have been on hold as long as 20 and 45 minutes and then hung up on. I am switching all prescriptions to Wegmans.

I ran into a problem at CVS today with a older gentleman who was working the register he made a mistake and my doordash pickup got all messed up and I had to pay out of pocket but it was not intentional he was very helpful and even helped me find the items I needed for the doordash order he is a very nice guy and I did get reimbursed from doordash for the cost of the order no big deal.

Rob from cvs is the goat. He worked Wednesday at 6 pm and helped me a lot. Thanks rob lots of love. Give rob a raise right now

While up North I needed a two month fill of a new prescription. Phoned the previous day to make sure all was OK, as needed to make a 3 hour round trip drive to Buffalo get to that CVS Harlem Road pharmacy. When I arrived June 11, 2013 only one month’s supply ready. Assistant spoke to pharmacist who was on phone, mouthed she has to speak to my doctor. Waited half an hour then pharmacist who was still on the phone said she had left message but no reply. Went back in two hours. Pharmacist still on phone but says no reply from doctor. Returned in another two hours. Pharmacist still on the phone and turned her back on us. I listened to her conversation and she was talking to a friend about helping someone get a job. Waited 15 minutes but personal conversation continued. It was clear this pharmacist was never going to give me attention so took my prescription and drove home. Phoned my usual CVS pharmacy in Florida to see if I could have received a second month’s supply and they said it was entered as a repeat prescription so a second month would be no problem. Very, very, unhappy CVS customer.

Been waiting on hold as of now for 20+ minutes which is excessive. They seem slow even in the store. I will probably change stores. I have no issues about waiting in lines, that's just life, but over 20 min for a call?
Nope, called four times, nobody answers.

Have 4 hours+ of your life to waste waiting on prescription refills? Enjoy them calling you in for 1 med being ready, but giving you another and NOT the 1 they notified you was done and then claiming that what you saw in that morning was NOT what they had, they claim to know nothing about what they notified you about? Then i HIGHLY recommend Jamie, Cruz, Colette, Allison and all the staff here who for 2 months in a row have demonstrated complete incompetence, not even to be able to explain it to each other let alone their customers. These people might be the greatest people in the world but if you have medications that you actually *need* and don't have hours of your life to waste here with them, i do NOT recommend doing business here.
