The manager and some of the employees are really rude, disrespectful and judgmental toward customers
& could use some training, lessons by example from rite aide employees and manager.

My normal pharmacy was out of my prescription sending me scrambling to find a substitute location. I stopped in here knowing that Rite-Aid has always been a dependable pharmacy, and as I live downtown, this wasn’t too far out of the way. As it was Friday evening, they were very busy dealing with several customers and also families coming in for their vaccinations. The technicians were extremely nice, patient and helpful. Their cheerful personalities and ability to find humorous moments despite the stress of the job was refreshing. Marie was exceptionally helpful, as she diligently sought to find a cheaper price for my prescription while providing fun and conversational banter along the way. I highly recommend this pharmacy for those who appreciate great customer service and attention to detail! To Marie and the amazing technicians, you deserve a raise/bonus/anything for being so awesome during stressful times. Thank you so much ladies, you all are the reason customers will keep coming back!

The pharmacist and staff always took such good care of me. I moved recently and only now realize just how positive my experience was. I took them for granted. There isn't Rite Aid where I am now and the Linden Ave. pharmacy staff are sorely missed. I want you back!

I received exceptional customer service from both Andie & Marie in the pharmacy. They both went above and beyond when I was dealing with an unusual situation and they did this while the pharmacy was extremely busy. Both pharmacy technicians took the time to help to give me the individual attention I required and when I needed it the most. Thank you, Ladies!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple years now. I have always been amazed by the quality of service i get each time. Especially my last visit. They were swamped, more then I've ever seen and Marie the pharmacy technician and Kingsley the pharmacist took the time they really didn't have to help me out. To put it briefly i got a prescription sent to another rite aid and they gave me a completely different brand of the prescription. I took my issue to the linden store and like i said. Took the time they really didn't have to fix the other stores f*** up.

Recently I have noticed alot of the pharmacy's have been a little understaffed/busy. So wait times are a little longer and as a rational person it's important to understand that and conduct yourself as politely as possible. Alot of the 1 star reviews are more of a them problem than it is the pharmacies problem. I recently switched to this location, as with any other location recently my most important prescription usually takes 4 to 10 hours to fill. It helps me out alot when this one is ready on the same day, although I know things happen I have been very grateful that rite aid has made sure that this script is usually ready in the same day. There has only been once or twice it wasent. Regardless kindness goes a long way as a customer. The staff have all been extremely professional and kind. On the visit before my most recent visit they didn't have my script ready and it was getting close to closing time, but they told me to sit tight and they would prepare it. I am extremely grateful for the dedication. More recently before this huge winter storm hit they had my more important script prepared very quickly after it was called in. I have never had that script filled so fast, it was a blessing. My car doesn't do well in the snow and ice and I'm extremely grateful I didn't have to drive in that weather for it. Thank you rite aid (they have also given me hand sanitizer and covid tests for free recently which I appreciate alot). I just want to say, be patient with your pharmacists. Mistakes do happen and it's important to handle issues in a professional manner. it will get you alot farther than if you give them an attitude over a mistake. If you give them an attitude they are likely going to prioritize the people whom are more kind over you.

Marie is the best! She is always so helpful, she goes above and beyond her duties in the pharmacy to make sure the customers are taken care of! She does this not just for me, I've seen her go above and beyond for many customers! She is a real assent to your store!

I used this for pharmacy for years, then it kind of went downhill but after my fiance got out of the hospital I had to go here because it was on his records from previous years, atleast for the first round of his meds. I had 10 meds/supplies I was picking up. Everyone there was so helpful & nice, patient with me, & took their time to make sure I had everything on the list and even went over and beyond finding me the best price on one med I had to end up buying without insurance. There were several people behind the counter and I can honestly say I think just about every person helped me at some point & were all great. Glad to see this pharmacy is getting back to the way it used to be. Thanks again guys!

Marie has got some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced! She is by far my favorite employee to deal with I really appreciate them all And Taylor my pharmacist I’ve been to a few different places and this is by far the most courteous and best customer service I’ve ever dealt with

The Pharmacy technician Marie was AMAZING. She was personable and efficient with my requests. Adam the Pharmacist made myself and my two sons feel comfortable while getting our Covid vaccine. I had a great experience even though i am afraid of needles. Im very happy that i chose this location for my Covid 19 vaccinations.

If you want great customer service in the pharmacy ask for Marie or Andrea. Both ladies go above and beyond for me everytime my kids or myself need our prescriptions filled. These ladies are the BEST!!

I enjoy my experience at rite aid on Linden , all the staff in the pharmacy are thoughtful and quick in getting my medication , as for Marie, she always has my medication done in a timely. If you want good service, go to rite aid at this location !

marie the pharmacy technician is always so kind and funny! celestine the pharmacist is always prompt and helpful with filling prescriptions and answering questions. we recently switched bc our negative experiences with another location! i’m on a time sensitive medication and they always take that into consideration. highly recommend this location!

Past CVS customer that’s never going back. Can’t say enough good things about this Rite Aid pharmacy! Friendly staff and especially MARIE, who has helped me save money on scripts numerous times. When you are on a fixed income like I am, every $1 saved helps!!

Marie and Christye, the pharmacy techs were amazing today! They were on the ball and helped me get my prescription for $30 instead of almost $2000! These two girls knew what I needed and got it done for me! Thank you for these girls!

This RiteAid has the best employees that are warm, helpful and engaging.

I called three Rite Aids in my area to find a medication for my grandchild that my usual Rite Aid didn't have in stock. Thanks to a very kind woman named Marie, I got the prescription within an hour.

The pharmacist Jessica did an excellent job giving me my flu shot and was very knowledgeable with all my medication questions!!!
