Best customer service I've ever experienced in a retail environment. Shout out to the African-American gentleman that normally works there in the mornings. Wish I could recall his name but he deserves recognition for his customer service.

Did not have in stock what I was looking for. But staff was very friendly. Suggested other stores that would have what I was looking for for a birthday gift. Really appreciated that. Even gave me directions to the other stores.

Picked up a Pre-Owned PS5 controller while they were such a good price. Gentlemen behind the counter was nice, I actually managed to beat my order by a minute, was handed a controller and left. Realized I hadn't checked the item and discovered that it hadn't been sent to their return center for cleaning and had a terrible smell. They apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to give me the best possible condition controller they could. 10/10 and will be back for any other needs.

Haven't been to this location in a while. They've definitely upped their game. A lot of new products and a nice layout. Staff is always helpful.

Great place to buy new and used gamer products. Also if you have old controlers or accessories you may find they pay good price for them. Staff are very helpful and know what they are doing.

Didn't purchase anything but this was our first trip to that gamestop (just moved into town) and the employee was super nice and the place was very clean and inviting. Will DEFINITELY be going back!!!

Best place to get video games. it's more advantageous to buy used games then new games even though they cost about the same price they give you better return guarantees and warranties. If you buy the Game's new as soon as you open the package it's yours and non- refundable if they use game gets scratched later down the line they will take it back and give you a new one or if it just quits working for any reason they will replace it. They also have cool t-shirts for pretty cheap I got two shirts for $5 each and they also have awesome action figures...

This continues to be my favorite Gamestop location in or around Dayton. The service is always prompt, knowledgable, and polite and I never feel like I'm part of a sales pitch.

Anytime a game is recommended it feels like genuine thought was put into it based off what I was buying, and the thought they put into their work is appreciated.

This is my place to go for my PS4 video games and accessories. The staff is friendly and always eager to help and give recommendations for games, as at least one of them have played what I'm asking about. Good prices on pre-owned games as well.

My preferred location. They do midnight releases on big releases. Never had to wait too long and they greet everyone who enters. Also I was in today and they now each carry a tablet to better assist your needs.

Nice little gamestop with friendly staff. Good variety of games and other merch and the staff isn't asking you a million questions when you walk in like other gamestops I've been to in the past.

Great employees there helpful and friendly.
