HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Got my Apple MacBook repaired here for half the cost I would’ve gotten at any other small repair shops. He even marked down the price by 25% when he saw that it was possible to get more cost effective parts. Charged me no diagnostic fees either. The shop is run by the owner, does excellent work in a quick manner. Super down to earth and honest dude. So grateful!

Extremely pleased. Had work done 5 months ago. Screen replacement. Only a 30 day warranty. Spoke to Derrick. He agreed he would honor his work. Told me he would put the new screen in for free. And even helped me with which one to purchase. Definitely recommend.

The owner of the store is really friendly and will definitely offer you a better price to fix your computer than apple or many other tech stores. He will also leave your device functioning as if it was brand new. 10/10 recommend this place if you’re having issues with apple.

I had been having problems with my computer fan. It started working but when I was discussing the problems with him over phone and let him know it was working he still had me bring it in. He did a full update for my computer and helped eliminate the Malware for me!

Shoutout to Derrick for being the best ever. I cracked my computer screen and was searching like crazy for a place to repair it without it costing a fortune. He gave me a straight price with no extra hassle trying to get me to pay for unnecessary diagnostic tests, etc. To be totally honest, he charged way less than any other place and it was a huge relief to me. He ordered the piece that same day and received it in two days, and when he got it he called me and within an hour of me bringing my laptop he had it all fixed up and ready to go. Seriously helped me so much in the midst of studying for exams and finals. He’s super knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

My computer showed signs of crashing when I was trying to work. I call & the owner spent a significant amount of time helping me on the phone first to see what might need to be done so I wasn't wasting my time coming in if I needed a new computer. He was able to put in the newest technology hard drive & got in back to me the same day. My computer is running super fast & smooth. I have been able to get my work done a lot quicker w/ the new hard drive. I couldn't say enough about Bay City Computers. Don't hesitate to go to this shop, you will not be disappointed. Plus if you are looking for a more affordable Apple computer but you don't want to spend the amount for a new one he has some for sale. He will also buy your older computers depending on the year!

I brought my MacBook Pro in, so that Derrick could troubleshoot a DC
-Inboard problem. He not only solved that but gave my Mac a clean wash/detail. After letting it sit for a month uncharged and out of service. This music producer, is ONE Happy sound wave rider, again! Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and service I received. Thanks again!

I found Bay City Computers by chance last month, and I am very grateful that I did. Derrick, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and very fair with his pricing. He replaced the hard drive in my MacBook Pro quickly and at an affordable price. I ended up buying an iMac from him as well. Highly recommend stopping here for any repair or computer purchases!

Derrick and his staff were very pleasant to work with. My computer was having issues and within just a couple days it was fixed and working even better than before. I use my computer for video production so this was a great relieve. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Macbook at Bay City around three months ago, and I have been enjoying it ever since. I wanted to give it a little time before writing the review, just in case a problem developed.
