Update: A customer service agent called the next to confirm my order. I got a confirmation email, it shipped promptly after and arrived earlier than expected. I will definitely order from them again. Great customer service and fast shipping.

What a great experience!! I spoke with Claire on the chat, who was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is how you want a company to treat you, especially in a time when the customer is no longer "always right". I love TVAPE. I've ordered several times before and even when I screwed up and ordered something new with the wrong shipping address (again, I screwed up) Claire was able to get it fixed immediately and I got a confirmation email with my new address ensuring me that the change was updated. Terrific customer service! Was trying to decide between 2 websites so I chose to chat with an associate, Claire, and she was very helpful and offered great solutions to all of my concerns. Needless to say I chose TVAPE over the other site due to their quick response and great customer service.

Great company with great customer care! All reviews aren’t always good but, not all people are good. Remember that. Claire spent close to 30 minutes helping me, with patience and kindness. That’s what we need to remember. Service was wonderful.
