Wanted to warm up my lunch. I got to 7 elevens everyday to warm up my lunches and always buy stuff. No been told no until today. Not only did the both cashier say no and to leave but they did it very rude as well. They said they didn’t care if you bought the whole store your not using anything.

Never coming here again. I’ll just go down the straight to the other 7 eleven where they are much nicer.

They are not open 24/7. I am pretty sure they close at 7PM. I saw the manager counting his register around 6:55 when I was purchasing my items and then seen him walk to his car soon after. If you need snacks or coffee i suggest going to the Circle K that's two blocks down and def avoid the AM/PM on the corner of Rosecrans & Bloomfield the customer service, there is terrible.
I have not had any bad experiences here just hate that they close super early.

BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AIR IS FREE!!!!! from any gas station. This 7-Eleven doesn’t allow customers to USE THEIR AIR PUMP unless you pump gas the manager and her assistant or coworker stated. I told them I had a flat tire. They both didn’t even flinch & said no. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing, and on top of that they had the worst customer service to any person walking through their door as if we were all just below them and a bother to them. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

I WILL, FOR SURE BE LOOKING INTO CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS 7-ELEVEN LOCATION THEY DON’T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. PEOPLE LIKE THEM, ARE WHY WE HAVE A UGLY WORLD NOWADAYS WHAT HAPPENED TO HELPING ONE ANOTHER? COMPASSION? These people know nothing about that. Good luck to them.

It real guys this place got no respect for their customers I just left there and was told by the owner that he do not wanna see my face anymore here after i spend over 100 dollars on lottery . The reason why I park my truck for less than 5 mn to purchase the tickets

Was adding my card to mobile wallet. Apparently took too long (abt 5 min) at the pump that the owner came out with a taser started cursing at me and banging my car window for me to leave. Terrifying. I left because this man clearly has horrible blood pressure problems and didn't want him to have a heart attack for nothing.

Worse service. manager came out and said I can't park on his parking spots . And kept threatening me to move or else he will get me towed . That's how they are treating customers .!! How are they still open ... So many bad reviews from here it's amazing .

I really hope the western region 7/11 corporate district manager is reading these reviews. This business location should absolutely have its franchise ownership rights revoked. I made the mistake of not checking reviews prior to assuming this 7/11 had the bare minimum facility feature of providing a public restroom (one shouldn’t have to do that, btw). It’s SUCH a wonderful feeling to hastily pump over 100-dollars-worth of gas before running into the 7/11 with a bursting bladder only to be lied-to that the restroom “isn’t working.” At least be transparent about it and make it clear on the front door that you simply refuse to offer one. Have it posted on each gas pump. Literally post it on the freeway exit sign at this point. But to capture a paying customer at their most vulnerable, after they’ve already hooked up their vehicle to the gas pump, running into the store, to only then be turned away as they’re about to explode? I assure you that you’ll spend less time maintaining and cleaning the public restroom than the number of accidents people will have on your floor as they’re being turned away. And!!! The worst part? The doors of the “forbidden restrooms” are clearly visible behind a half-hearted attempt to block the hallway with a cardboard cutout. Between the dismissive, rude, and unprofessional conduct of the cashiers and the lack of basic facility access, this is undoubtedly the worst 7/11 I’ve been to in the Western half of the United States.

Definitely not 24 hours. I stopped at this place multiple times in the evening hoping to grab some snacks, food, gas or coffee on my way to work and it's never open, Lights on inside but doors are always locked, I've given up stopping at this location and go to the AM PM or Circle K close by.

The owner and workers of this location are extremely unprofessional and rude. They harass and yell at their customers. When I complained to them, they told me I don’t have to buy from them anymore, so I won’t. No people skills. They only allow 5 min parking even though their sign says 20 min parking. I hope this business closes down and I will be reporting them to 7/11 corporation.

Credit card machine at the pump didn’t work and when I went in to charge this was one of those places that made me give them a dollar amount to charge for gas—-wouldn’t just let me fill up. The restrooms are still closed due to Covid as if people don’t need to use the restroom. Only stopped here because of the convenient freeway location, what a poor choice. Wasted a ton of time.

I looked for a gas station with a mini Mart right off the freeway as they usually provide good restroom access. This 7-11 and 76 station was expensive for gas but I had an urgent need for a restroom so I pumped $70 worth of gas and went in to inquire regarding the restroom and was told there was no restroom available to customers. I explained that I had a very urgent need and just paid for my gas and she said no, it was because of covid and she got in trouble by her boss when she let someone else use it the day before. I told her I was a paying customer and about to have an accident and she said no. I was lucky enough that the KFC a few doors down graciously let me use their restroom. Sign said no access to restroom because of covid but emoyees don't wear masks. I wore a mask. They just don't want to clean and maintain a restroom for public use. Call it what it is, don't blame covid if you won't even wear a mask.

Not 24 hours no idea what the hours are I stopped by this 7-11 76 gas station twice once at 2,am and another at 5am and both times it was closed. It says 24 hours but the door was locked lights on i knocked and waited about a half hour i was on empty. Still no one came to the door. I even called no answer. I had to chance it to another station. I would have not wasted my gas going there if i knew it was closed
