Sam's Club

Bought tires 3 weeks ago . Had to be ordered and I've been waiting ever since with 5 visits to the store . Melissa is MVP of that department by keeping in contact with me and her amazing communication skills. Much appreciated. Today I had another appt set up once again and another issue. I did not feel confident in the person working on my car which I feel is important . So thank god for TEA!!!!!!! Sebastian !! And Matt!!! All went above and beyond for me and really took charge of the situation for me. Give those employees a raise bc they sure deserve one after the service I got from them! Thank you so much guys for making a bad situation a little better .

This is a great Sam's club. Always clean inside and the staff is always helpful and happy. (When I go there) My only complaint is the AT@T kiosk people... they are pushy and most people I know get very annoyed by it. We see the stand with the phones... no need to stop every member. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Absolutely great customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have to point out Matt, I believe is his name, in the tire and automotive department. We had a flat when we got back to our van after shopping. Flat repair is free for members so that's great. But we had a crazy situation, actually had a dead battery as well. So Matt went above and beyond, he brought a jack to my van, took the tire off, had it repaired and put it back on right in the parking lot. He took our groceries into the fridge inside so our food wouldn't get hot during this whole ordeal as well. He also helped us with finding a jumper to start our van. Just amazing customer service and I will definitely be back. Matt needs to be recognized and he is the example of how people should treat each other. I even told my son that when he gets a job one day, he needs to remember this experience and be willing to go above and beyond and be good to people.

I'd like to thank Kirk in the tire department for helping me get my car in this evening to fix my tire. The tire department rocks.. I've never had a problem with them. They always find a way to fit me in & help me find tires. Thank you..

This club is always fully stocked, great produce, highly recommend the George’s Farm chicken and all vegetables and fruit are top notch! Their spice section is also off the charts! Great customer service as well!

Great amount of bulk items! Avoid mornings and Sundays if you want peace of mind and try to keep your kids in a cart. People will run into them.

We come here every other week to stock up on paper goods and fruit. Produce is fresh and come in 4-5 lb bags. Also stock up on other pantry items, ie. Coffee, cereal, seasonings, snacks, etc. In Cape Coral on Pine Island Rd.
Clean, organized, friendly employees, fast self check out, and cheaper gasoline.

This review goes out to Matt in the tire center. I bought my tires with him and always get them rotated here and Matt always makes the experience wonderful. I had a problem with a repair Sams Club did and I came back in to have it addressed and Matt wasn’t there and was told to come back another day. Came back when Matt was working and it was IMMEDIATELY addressed. The world needs more people like Matt.

You just can't beat their prices. The quantities are large, but the savings are too. All that and a $5, three pound Rotisserie chicken.

Sam's is a great membership store that sells items in bulk or at a discount. They have almost everything a Wal Mart has. Not as many clothes maybe. They also give members discounts on gas and automobile tires. Sam's is great place to shop for family needs..

Always a good shopping experience. Just try to avoid one of the managers - Mike ))). Shopping here a few times/week for family and business.

I wish they’d have their members Mark or another kind of Pizza back that was so delicious.

I do scan and go. Saves a lot of time waiting in line. Convenient place to buy in bulk.

Andrea at Sam’s Club @ 301 SW Pine Island Rd., in Cape Coral, FL., is not only the friendliest person, but, she is SO knowledgeable, efficient, the sincerest, and the best multi-tasker we have had the pleasure to work with in a long time. Andrea has helped us many times - as a Cashier, taking our payment, with tire troubles, at Customer Service with Membership questions, & many more times & no matter when she has helped us, other employees (@ least 3 individually) come up to her & ask her to help them. She not only helps them, but, continues helping us & does it all with a smile & solves everything & more!!!!!! In a world where so many do their job inadequately & seem so unhappy, Andrea is the exception to the rule!!!! Would love for her to get rewarded & recognized for she truly deserves it!!!!! Thanks to her our shopping experience is truly so much more pleasant!!!!
