I came to 7-11 for some food and a drink... As soon as i walked through the door, i was greeted by an associate... I was chatting with a guy and lady associate... I felt like family... 7-5-19 at 12:20pm

I hadn’t stopped in this store in awhile because of terrible customer service. I stopped recently and saw Ron was back working there again. He alone is the only reason I shop there again. He’s very friendly and personable to customers and is helpful. I have neighbors that know Ron and shop there again because he’s there again. He’s helpful and always seems to come help if the line gets long or if theres a problem.
There are still some people there that aren’t very friendly and seem to forget the customer should always be first! Overall it’s not as bad as it once was.
If things are bad I will leave a review to let people know, I try and let people know when things are good. I’m not on here to praise one employee, I have seen Ron several times, and he hasn’t changed. If he were bad I would be telling everyone! Welcome back Ron, and I think they are finally focusing on customer service!
