Excellent experience!!!! Usually hard when you deal with sneaky sales people, and hidden fees... and surprises.... Val was GREAT!!!!! Great energy, communication is 100% and extremely transparent.... a breath of fresh air!!! even if you don't like the answer she will give it to you so there's no surprises... If you are looking for new services or get better services... Walk right in and ask for Val. I swear either way if you leave with new phones and services or you dont you will be happy. Thanks!!!!!

The staff at T-mobile really know how to take care of my issues.Frank took care of me recently in store.He showed me how to take care of 3 issues. The price, quality, and professional help, is what keeps my husband and I return customers! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you T- mobile!🥰🥰🥰

Angelo is amazing! That’s all I wanted to say because his service speaks for itself. He handled my situation as it were his own. His level of delicacy, professionalism and just his overall pleasant approach was far beyond what I expected, since I have not been having much luck with the call center. What an asset! You might encounter racial bias from the other associates. Thank you!

I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 7 years and I always go to this location. I went in to get a new phone and trade in my old one, and even though there was two people ahead of me when I got in, they were able to quickly and smoothly get me all set, including transferring all the data from my old phone to the new one.

Zavi and Angelo deserve special recognition for their help today in getting my phone working.. I recommend this store for any phone needs! Thank u again!

I have been a customer for 15 years and I've never had a single issue with T-Mobile. Today I had a fantastic experience in the store with a representative named Tim. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great discounts. I will definitely be going back to him in the future for any questions or additional purchases. His customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you again Tim!!!!!

Great service, great people, great store! Having now been a customer for about a year, I've interacted with their in-store employees and phone support for a number of things. I find that the store employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledge. The same can be said of their phone support as well. TMo tries to help you through any issues you have, including issues with paying your bill.

Their app is very good, compared to all the other major carriers' apps, and you can do just about anything in the app that you can do in-store, which makes it very conveinient.

If you're shopping for a carrier, check TMo out and have them go through all the available plan options, as you can save quite a lot on your bill while still getting great plan options and added services. I had all my lines initially setup on a biz plan, and the store told me about their military plan, which can be combined with my existing biz plan, saving me $100 extra/month on my bill.

They offer "one up" pricing after a year to upgrade your phone, like from a Galaxy S7E to a Note 9 for just paying the tax upfront, your trade-in and continuing your current device payment if you have one. Their device insurance works extremely well, as we've had a few mishaps and we're able to get them replaced with only a $5 processing fee. They also offer free Netflix for up to five devices, which doesn't hurt either!

Best cell phone company in the world. I've been coming here since buying the 1st Android phone G1, good people, great company! Hey Canadians? Get your plan here, it's good in Canada unlimited on the right plan, you'll save a fortune.

Although it took a long time it was well worth it!! Clayrys T. was professional the whole time and for that reason I rated 5 STARS.. I've been with T-mobile for sometime now and today was the start of a new business relationship so it should be fun.👸🏾 Great service!!😊

The gentleman who assisted us in getting our phones and new service, Kevin Antoine, was very helpful and was very patient I was greeted to a great time and feel welcomed to come back at any given time

Aside from the call center not being up front about my account this team mobile was a very good place to go they new exactly what to do
