I Want to thank the ladies at this location in Ceres. I'm not to fond of knowing how to do things when it comes to paper work. So these ladies were very friendly and approachable when i had questions on things i didn't know. They also went over several questions i had about packaging. There answers were very clear and understandable.

These are very trying times, it seems like everyone is on edge and while it is very easy to get frustrated and put others down, I just wanted to take the opportunity to give praise where it’s due. I went to the UPS store today. Upon arrival I noticed it looked full and all the ladies who work at store were super helpful. They had everyone in and our in no time. friendly, knowledgeable staff. i have had a p.o. box there for about three years now, they've had the same crew the entire time, its always a pleasure . the store has recently changed ownership, and this fixed my one and only problem......... they don't charge for tape anymore. totally satisfied customer ........
