AT&T Store

The NEW STORE manager is super nice and friendly and very helpful!! We use to see him at the mall and was the only one we trusted! We followed him to his new store! Always listening and very understanding! Will definitely be back to deal with him! Thank you Andrew for your service today and dedication and all your hard work!! We will always come and see you Because you are the best around!! Everyone please go see him! You won’t regret it!

My review is late, but I had an excellent experience here! I had my Sim Card Reader go out on my phone last week and went in without an appointment. The store manager, Matthew Huff immediately came over and helped me. He was personable, friendly, understanding of my stress and financial limitations, and very helpful. He helped me get the best deal on a trade in, was able to help me confirm my Next Up plan despite the AT&T app stating my number was non-transferable, and helped me choose the phone and accessories that best suite my rough and tumble line of work.

Excellent experience! I will definitely go there again the next time I need to.

David Winters was fantastic and Very, Very Helpful in assisting my handicapped sister get and program a new phone. I live 1,000 miles away and we did it all by phone. Dave was patient and caring and has terrific customer service skills. I wish our AT&T local store was as good. Thanks

Had a wonderful experience at AT&T with the knowledge and personable staff there . Robert was more than helpful setting up my new phone. I could never have figured it out without him. Dave talked me off the ledge when I ran into a snag. They attitude and friendliness of the store has not been matched by any other store we have been too. It was nice being treated like a real person who matters, and not just a phone. Very grateful for these guys!! Will definetly come back!!

This is one of the best AT&T stores I’ve been to. The staff was very helpful and The Manager Andrew went out of his way to help me with my issues and even held my granddaughter while I was looking at phones. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Andrew and staff, we will definitely be back!

The staff in this store are always super friendly and professional. I’ve used this store for several years, and plan to continue to do so. The day I was in the poor workers were really slammed with lots of customers and constant phone calls- there were 2 people working, and both tans the behinds off and had to multitask the whole time I was there. Even with it being so busy, every single person was greeted by both staff members.
I’m not very technologically savvy and the lady I was working with was super patient and took her time with me until I felt comfortable with my new IPhone. I give kudos to both of these two. Excellent job- as usual! ❤🤓

Had a fantastic experience. We normally go to the Lancaster store because we both work there but we were getting glasses next door and decided to stop in to ask about an upgrade. Both Dave & Kimmie were extremely helpful and we walked out with our upgrade and lower bill! I will definitely make a special trip to this store in the future. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the workers I dealt with did amazing helping me choose my new phone and transfer all my items from my old phone definitely the best experience I've had!

The AT&T location in the Country Fair Shopping Center is the ONLY location you should visit in Zanesville, OH. I had originally visited the location in the Colony Square Mall and instead of helping me, they did things incorrectly and caused issues. The manager of this location, Andrew, is great!! He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. He was able to kindly help fix the issues the other location had caused. If you are wanting professional service and want to leave satisfied, I recommend you visit Andrew and his team!

I went into the store to have my SIM card looked at, and the guys there were very nice and knowledgeable, having me fixed up in less than 5 minutes. Also put on a new case for me as a courtesy. I have the best confidence in them to help with any problems I might have in the future.

Went to the AT&T store to activate a new phone, could not have asked for better service! David was able to activate and swap phones for me and also was able to add two new devices and still keep my monthly payment down. Hands down the best AT&T store we have been to!!

I went in when I was in a pinch, my phone had completely died, David set my right up no issues at all even set my mom up, staff was friendly and caring store was clean and organized

Second time we went in. Dave set us up again with my Stepdads first net phone. Simple easy and quick. No hassle or anything. Our bills have been the same since we signed up

I had extreme trouble with the zanesville AT&T store in the mall I Spent over 15 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. I contacted chelsey at the country fair location. She was extremely Helpful!! I was actually going to go to Verizon before dealing with her. Someone needs to pay attention to this girl because she is the best person AT&T that I have ever spoken with ever!

If you are in Zanesville, Ohio you need to go to the AT&T retail store located in the Country Fair Shopping Center. Emily is the store manager and is such an awesome person. She’s knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and will make sure your experience is positive. The other employees there when I visited were kind and helpful, too. You can’t go wrong with this business.

We live about 25 minutes to this one particular store and we always go back to do our business with David our sales rep. We have a store about 5 minutes away but would prefer making this drive as David has been very helpful in answering our questions and any issues we have with our service. I highly recommend David and his manager at this Zanesville store.

Dave was awesome. He assisted me in getting myself the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and adding my mother onto my account while I was out of state visiting. Would highly recommend this store!

Both the store manager and Kim were the BEST! I came in earlier in the day to get a replacement SIM Card for my iPad Pro. Kim and David helped me with that, but also were able to look at my fa ill plan and get us not only a better data plan but also save us an extra $100 a month. Did I mention I was also able to walk out with a brand new Samsung note ultra 5G for a steal? This is the AT&T I will only go too. A half hour drive each way is no problem when these two are the ones taking care of you.

Emily and David were extremely helpful today. I dropped my phone in the commode last night and killed it. They gave me all my options, including getting my old phones and trying to get them to work. When they would not work, they gave me the best options, for a new phone. Kudos to both of them for an excellent job.
