They no longer sell fragrances for women...so 😞 disappointed!

They had really cuter clothes but when I asked if they had a plus size section (anything over size L) they worker said they did not. She was nice about it but that’s very upsetting this store doesn’t carry bigger sizes.

I work in retail and have worked in retail for 6 years. I walked into the store they only had two workers. One standing at the register and one in the fitting rooms. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the doors. I started looking around and the worker that was in the fitting room looked at me gave me a dirty look, didn’t say anything, and walked away. I then found a cute claw clip and proceeded to check out. The lady asked for my email address when I asked her what for she couldn’t tell me what it was for. So I assumed maybe it was for a point system so I gave it to her. And instead of letting me look over my email to make sure she spelt it correctly she just hit accept. She still couldn’t tell me what the email was for. She was very short with me almost like she didn’t care I was there which I didn’t understand because I was literally the only customer in the store. The store was also a mess. There were clothes all over the floor and in random spots.
Overall this forever21 location doesn’t have the best customer service. It seems like they just want you out of the store.

Very deceptive advertising. Got items off a 50 percent rack and items were full price. Make sure you ask about prices before checking out.

I had an online purchase that I needed to return so I went to the Altoona Forever 2. I waited several minutes in line, when I got to the register, the girl was very short with me and tells me they don’t do returns and I would need to go to Jordan Creek. I’ve been to this store before and have RETURNED stuff at this store...... It was very clear that she just didn’t want to help me because there were other people in line. Very poor customer service.
