AT&T Store

Paul and Javier were absolutely amazing. They are very personable, and really know what they are talking about. They will go out of your way to help you and will have great conversation with you at the same time.

I cannot say enough good things about them. This was easily one of my best shopping experiences in general not just phone shopping. They weren't pushy about anything and it was fantastic. They let their knowledge speak for itself

Store manager Paul was excellent. Helped me with my first iPhone as I previously had an android. Took me through the steps to be able to navigate the phone properly. Told me if I have any questions give a call to the store or stop in they would be more than happy to help me. Thank You

Chris was a model employee. He answered every single question I had and was very professional. I believe he is the manager but if he is not then he definitely deserves a promotion.

I have had great experiences at this store for years. Today Shawn was great helping us with options for a broken phone. He was patient and fully explained choices. Will always come here for my AT&T purchases.

We love coming here because it’s clean, has snappy customer service and you’re in and out with out hassle. They answer questions and and genuinely friendly. Not typically a place you would predict personality, but it fits well here.

Shawn was a 10 out of 10. Excellent job helping my finance and I purchase new phones. He was extremely professional and patient with Jackie’s old provider Sprint. Brian is top notch. Spent countless hours working on a phone issue (60+ seconds to even connect to a call before ringing) and never gave up. His knowledge and professionalism is some of the best you will ever find at AT&T. He really is an amazing asset. I know I will be back to this store again just because of him. So Brian, THANK YOU!

We started coming here for any cell phone needs instead of the one in the mall all because of Brian. He is very honest and very knowledgeable. He is awesome. Alex is also very awesome. Thank you so much guys for always taking care of us!

The sales associates at this AT&T are amazing! They were helpful and knowledgeable. The store was busy and they were short staffed but still took time to greet everyone who came into the store. I highly recommend!

After a less than ideal experience at another AT&T store, I went to this location in Nashua, NH where I was met by Shawn, one of the FirstNet experts who thoroughly explained the advantages of switching and upgrading my current plan as a first responder. Meanwhile, Alex also helped my son with his line and was able to get us an accurate quote that reflected our needs. If you need help from AT&T, go to this store and look for Shawn and Alex will take care of you in no time!

Everyone in the store was really friendly and helpful. I always dread going into the stores to do my upgrades but they made it so easy. The person that helped me especially was very friendly and helpful! (Can’t remember his name)

Had a great experience yesterday at this AT&T store in Nashua. Ended up being taken care of by the manager who was fantastic. He was able to get me a discount/trade-in on my current iPhone to a much better version. He also took care of me in regard to my monthly bill and it is now reduced by over a half!

Oh my, Brian was a sanity saver, he was absolutely awesome! He was quick, so kind and understanding of my lack of know how. All the while managing the store, you have a exceptional service oriented individual.

I had a good time looking for and buying a new phone here. Just needed something simple on a prepaid plan. They got me the perfect phone and plan that was not very expensive.

We were so thrilled to be able to get our phones today and add another phone line with the help of a wonderful ATT staff, his name is Shawn. Shout out to Shawn! You are very helpful , thoughtful, nice and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anyone better! Brian the saleman was helping answer some of the questions we had and they both were fantastic.
