AT&T Store

Gabe and Yani were both very knowledgeable and professional. They were patient and respectful and courteous to me. They were tremendous in explaining everything and I am very satisfied with my experience.

The store manager was such a great help. She made the process such a breeze, and I can't thank her enough for her service. She's very helpful and has done a great job for the store thus far. I am enjoying my upgraded phone and writing this review for it. Thank you again. Keep up the good work!!

I attempted to place an order online to get service on my girl's line. Due to "security reasons" the order that I placed was cancelled, and I was told to go into the AT&T store with my ID. When I got here, Cole greeted me with the appropriate amount of excitement (not that much, but enough) and we had a good conversation as we solved the problem at hand. He's a very helpful person and as long as he's here this location will thrive.

Came in to make sure my phone wasn't glitching, I'd have to make an appointment and wait inside the apple store for minutes their solution. The At&T employees Cole and Lui fixed it in minutes flat, so simple!
