So regarding this last review by Jen Prince. I was there and witnessed everything. Her husband was one of the most rude people I have ever seen. Not only was he yelling/cussing at the people behind the counter he was also trying to fight a customer. They did help him and he’s son. Crazy that it was over wiper blades. These people definitely have a problem and need to learn how to control themselves in public. Great job for the two people behind the counter and staying calm and collective. If that was me I would have took that guy outside if you catch my drift. Rock star store and they definitely deserve a raise for how they handled it. I never write these but after see what she said I was compelled too.

Troy Johnson is the most professional person I’ve ever encountered in my life. Upon explaining to him what I was dealing with as today was my second time returning to this location. Not only did he take care of my battery issue, but he was beyond courteous. I’m grateful that he saved me a BUNCH of money. This guy deserves a big raise. Thanks Troy!

I received such good service from Tony the last time, that I came back and was assisted by. They were both very knowledgeable and i feel like they were trustworthy and gave me the facts instead of a hard up-sell tactic. They installed for me, which other places did not and were fast!! I will keep coming back as long as they’re here! Great job gentlemen.

These are the nicest people! Went in there with a battery issue and just like the commercial.......they checked my battery, and told me I needed a new one! I exchanged it for a new one since I was still in warranty and then the gentleman who helped me, changed the battery for me! Superb customer service!

Needed my alternator tested. Went inside and asked for help. Tony came out right away and did the test. Found out I had a bad alternator so he gave me a quote on a new alternator. I was in and out within 15 mins. Thanks, Tony! Great job! I highly recommend this location.

I came in on February 27 at approximately 7 PM to get a headlight bulb replaced. I had the other bulb replaced at that same store, with no problem, a few months earlier. There were three gentlemen up front. When I told them what I needed two of them immediately said they could not do the replacement. That they are “not supposed to“. The third gentleman, Jonathan, stepped right up and said “I can help you with that.” He took my vehicle, information, got the bulb and had it changed in no more than about two minutes. I’m not sure if it was because it was cold and dark that the other two did not want to do it? They never even attempted to look at the car or see what was involved in changing the bulb. But Jonathan never missed a beat and he stepped right up. I really appreciate his customer service. I’m sending him a formal Thank You. He deserves to be recognized. Sincerely, Kim

Although I have an Autozone much closer to me, this store has always gone above and beyond and provided the best customer service, items in need and referrals to other stores if something is not in stock. Especially want to give a huge thank you to Jonathan for helping on multiple occasions. Everything from a tire issue to a light bulb repair and checking the battery has been a huge help and is the true definition of a most valued employee! Thanks for everything and would 100% recommend coming to this location.

Service is incredible. The Manager Sharon is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell by her leadership that it's reflective in her staff they are awesome. The store is always clean!!

Craig was very nice and knowledgeable. He took care of my return when I didn’t have the physical receipt. He looked it up by warranty info and got the return done without a problem. Exact opposite customer service of the other Autozone on Sossaman and Guadalupe I visited earlier. Definitely coming to this location again.

I called this place to get some parts for my truck and asked them if I could return some used oild there. They do have a big container in the back where you go dump your old oil. They have a good size garbage container where you throw you empty containers. The staff is nice and knowledgeable of the function of vehicle parts. The place is Ina good location on a main road after a light. It is located on a business center to the right of the entrance.

Thank you Aiden C for installing a new battery for my Dodge Ram. I was so afraid I would end up stranded somewhere.
John Hayes inside was great and so helpful checking my battery.

This was our second attempt at getting the parts we needed to fix the brake pads on my car. First Auto zone we went to (signal Butte and Warner) sold us the parts for the wrong car. The computer literally tells you which parts match which car 🤦🏼‍♀
On our second attempt, we went to this location (Crismon and Guadalupe) and the manager was able to address all of our concerns, help us return the wrong parts, and gave us options for the parts we could purchase for my vehicle to get the job done. The staff was super friendly and more than happy to help. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

This Auto Zone on 2706 s Crismon rd, #3395 helped me and my daughter tremendously when O'Reilly's told us they couldn't hook our car up to do a diagnostic test and Elias at Auto Zone did and got us back on our 3hr trip home... Thank you Elias super good dude!!

Had 2 headlights go out at same time . Called many places could not get it changed until 3 days out . Went to Auto Zone they were so helpful! I changed the lights outside their store and dropped a clip and screw in my engine. They had a guy (Aiden) helping people with their cars outside in 105 degree weather. He even had a rod with a magnet to find my lost screw in my engine. They are so prepared to help us.

He would not let me tip him but that’s ridiculous. It’s too hot and he helped me fix my car so I could go work the next 3 days. Sometimes you just can’t thank people enough! We need to keep businesses like this and people like the guy Aiden in business. Thank you Aiden and to the man inside who helped me!

Very pleased with the SERVICE we received tonight. The young man were very helpful and went above and beyond - he installed three of my windshield wipers. My husband got irritated trying to replace them so, we went to Auto Zone. THANK YOU Austin and your co-worker (I did not get this name - Sorry 😠)
