Ayushi and her entire staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in setting up our new business account. The process was SO MUCH SMOOTHER than their competitor which I regretfully visited first. We are definitely happy customers!!

The young lady who assisted us was very helpful & knowledgeable about products & services. She took care of us in a timely manner answered all our questions as they came up. She was also quite friendly & had a pleasant personality as well. Very thankful for her patience & commitment to assist us promptly.

Chad Harris in the Milford De store is exemplary. He has the patience of a Saint. He very good with 611. He chose the perfect phone for me. There was such an issue this morning with 611. They are totally incompetent as far as I'm concerned. I spend more time with them than I do every month with Comcast and that is always a problem. 611 needs to get their act together or I am seeking another provider.

Had an amazing experience and was helped probably by the best professional ever Ayushi (Inhope I got the name right) Very polite, professional and gave lots of tips and tricks in order to get around and involved into ATT services. I was looking to get a new family plan, I already had an AT&T account. I opened my account about two years ago at Walmart and I would never go back there they messed my whole bill and when I went back to get them to fix it the had a whole attitude because I wasn’t buying anything and the person who sold the phone to me wasn’t there. So I had to do it over the phone. Fast forward two years later I decided to go to an AT&T store and that was the best thing I ever did. Sales rep was very helpful and patient. She gets 5 stars very professional

Rufus and Ayushi was awesome!!!! I came in to start a new plan with Rufus and turned in my trade in phone the next day with Ayushi. Both sales reps were very professional, pleasant, and detail oriented. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this location.

Rufus was a great great sales rep. He helped me out with getting a better phone and actually walked me through with setting my phone up! I didn't lose any information. I highly recommend going to this store!

The woman that helped me was awesome! She was able to get me setup with a new account very quickly so I could my kids on time! Best experience I've had with a phone company so far.

We went in with a service plan problem and came out with total resolution. The associate, Rufus, resolved the issue quickly and positively. He didn't do a lot of talking. He listened, got straight to the problem, asked a few questions, gave instructions, overview and we were happy and done.

Robby was a very pleasant person. He was super helpful and made sure I received the phone that was best for me. He helped me backup my old phone onto iCloud and than transfer it to my new phone. He also installed my screen protector and the case onto my phone for me. We came to this location from the Dover mall and had made it there 30 mins before closing time and he didn't even hesitate to help me. He even stayed after closing time to make sure my phone was completely set up and that I knew how to finish it when I got home. He was extremely helpful and I would definitely travel to that location again when we decide to purchase another phone.

Keenan was a great help to me today. He upgraded my phone for me and found me a better and cheaper plan. I would definitely recommend going here and talking with Keenan if you are looking to upgrade your phone! Thanks for the awesome service!

I went in to order the new iPhone 13, I scheduled a “VIP appointment” so I didn't have to wait and the associate that assisted me was very helpful and took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

So far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Tracy, Robby, and Amber were all very patient and made sure that I left the store a happy customer! Kudos to you all and keep being great!

The great service that i recieved in milford was unexpected as the last time i visited i seemed rushed. This time i with the store manager worked Albertine. After hearing my issues, she quickly resolved them, and was an absolute delight.. i reccomend if you see go in ask for her. Thanks you Albertine..
