First off a big thank you to Matt (internet sales man) and John our finance manager. I will not bash another company, but I will say things happen for a reason! I was working with another dealership four days before meeting Matt that had an experience that I had to turn away from them. Immediately Matt was able to assist when I reached out. He was polite, pleasant , understanding and wanted to help get me out of the situation I was in with this other dealership! Not even a full day later I’m driving off in a brand new vehicle with an amazing experience ! Highly recommend!

I worked with Matt and it was an absolute pleasure. I was reaching out from NC and nervous about the transaction but Matt was a professional and he helped me along the way. He sent me the paperwork before I flew out for me to review so there would be no surprises. I flew to Delaware, they picked me up from the airport and by time I arrived at the dealership my jeep was outside and ready. I was in and out in what felt like ten minutes, it was by far the best dealership experience I ever had.

Great experience. Matthew in sales was excellent. He helped me into a new Gladiator on a recent rainy windy day. He and finance worked together to get me numbers that I was happy with on my trade in and new vehicle payments. Excellent service and diagnosis of my oil leak. They resolved the problem and saved me from a possible fire hazard on my vehicle due to the improper replacement of a oil filter conducted by an oil change done by a secondary non Jeep maintenance provider. Much thanks to Burton Jeep and Tim Funk, service provider, for saving my Jeep and my family from a dangerous situation if the issue was unchecked.

The service team at igBurton are THE BEST. They went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our Ram 2500 when we were getting ready for a big trip! My Experience at I.G. Burton was Excellent. Sales Representative Alan did not pressure me when a used Chevy Tahoe I was interested in did not meet my expectations. To the contrary, he and his fellow sales person, Matt patiently worked with me to find the right SUV. Based on my input they proposed a lease arrangement on a New 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

Morning appointment for Service (Oil change and standard service). Check in was fast, waiting area there has always been good, nicer chairs and some tables. Took about the estimate time they mention during checkin. Check out also fast, car was just outside door to drive away, no looking at where they parked it in lot. All in all, what you hope for a service appointment, no hassle and speedy.

I was in the market for a Gladiator, They did not have one that had all of the equipment that I was looking for. But I have to say they Worked me a heck of a deal on the one that they had. They put a great number on my trade in. People were super nice. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a jeep.
