I had a flat tire when I was pulling out of work today. I called the tire shop and they sent someone out to help me. They had my tire fixed within the hour. Great customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Have been a customer for 45 years I will always be one

These guys really have outstanding service. I have had a couple bad experiences over the years with employees who must have been having a bad day but overall you can expect super fast friendly service when you go in there. The owners treat you like a friend whether in the tire shop or in the grocery store. As a farmer I've been helped by them many times both with service calls on the farm and at the store.

This is not the closest tire shop to where we live. It isn't even the closest Les Schwab, but we drive just a little out of our way just to come here everytime! Their service is always the best and they treat their customers very well! I have never been disappointed!

Everyone is so friendly. They will go out of their way to help you. Everything is very clean. They keep you informed of what is happening. This is a fantastic place to do business. Nice, comfortable waiting area.

Went in to have the tire pressure checked because my warning light came on. They had me pull right in and checked all 4 tires and adjusted the pressure to manufacturer specs.

Despite having an extremely full parking lot & already helping several other people, They had my flat tire fixed and got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Awesome service & even better people. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice tire store. Very friendly staff, they have every tire you could imagine. Agricultural, trucking, autos, pickup tires. They will even fix the kids bicycle.tires. Prices are competitive. Easy access. It's in Paul but worth the drive.

Les Schwab in my opinion is the best tire and brake company through out the entire Northwest. They are fast and efficient yet fair priced and competitive. They have perhaps one of the best warranties around. I can buy tires in Rupert Idaho and if I have problems with them in Provo Utah no problems. Just pull in show them my warranty paper and with in no time I'm back on the road. If it happens that I'm out on the road and can't get to them all I do 24/7 is call the nearest Les Schwab and in less than no time someone is on the way. If it is after hours you call in leave message and someone will get back to you. It may take up to half an hour depending on when they last checked the message box. But I can deal with that because I have never been left hanging. And the one and only time that they didn't show up was because of the winter weather. But still they never left me out in the cold. Instead they got ahold of the police and snow crew's and explained the problem and got me help getting my family to a safe place. And as soon as they new the road was opened they came and offered to go fixed my tires and bring me my car or take me to it and fix it and get me on my way. I have never had a bad experience with the Schwab company and have been dealing with them for over 40 some years. And friendly customer service seems to something that is a must or you don't work for them. Because never have I seen or heard them put a person off or not go above and beyond what other are willing to do to help. I would recommend Les Schwab to anyone who needs that type of service. I am and will always remain a committed customer of Schwab.

Shout out to Mitch. I blew out a tire on the side of the road and Mitch hopped a wire fence to assist, didn't even phone in for service just being a good human being. Drove to the Les Schwab and everyone was kind and asked if we needed any help. Really greatful thanks Mitch!
