I love this store. Customer service is 10/10! Lots of selection and the owners are very helpful when choosing your selection!! The selection is unmatched... best vape store in the country! If I could give more stars I would.... the juice, mod, and pod systems are so diverse and the owner even has his own brand of juice! Amazing !

Awesome people, have amazing service! Deedee is SUPER nice and knows what she’s talking about. The products are really nice and she helps with anything I need and makes sure I get anything I need. They also have a wide variety of products and the prices are good! Highly recommend this store and I always tell other people about it! Also this store has 3 different locations and all of the employees are super nice and helpful. I’ve been to a couple different vape shops and there the only shop that carries certain products. Definitely won’t be shopping anywhere else for vape stuff!!

Love his place! They always have what I want in stock. There are better than any other vape shop that I have been too. The owner is always helpful in choosing the right item for you and is very friendly. They have a great selection of juices and flavors. I wouldn’t recommend any other place other than RAB!

I purchased two Hyde Disposable Vape pens on Tuesday. When opening and trying the second one purchased, i noticed the flavor tasted very burnt. I called and went into the store to inform them of this. The gentleman at the counter acknowledged my concern and replaced it without any problems. I have been going there frequently the past year and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is pretty friendly, and the customer service is great. I believe the guy at the counter was wearing a Penn State zip up. Go Nittany Lions!

Rab Vapes is by far the best vape shop in the Amherst region. They have a distinct and enthralling feel to their store that keeps you coming back for more. With a friendly and intelligent staff, I'm always leaving with a smile!

Needed some Sakerz Sub Ohm Coils. I called. They ordered and had them ten days later. USPS and online stores don't guarantee you'll get your product. If you do, it'll take 25 days.

I definitely recommend RAB Vapes! They have a large selection, and such a friendly, and helpful staff! The atmosphere is welcoming, and it always looks great! The owner Ricky is knowledgeable and very nice. Deedee is always very welcoming and is such a sweetheart. Not to mention, RAB’s mascot, Ghibli, is the CUTEST little French bulldog EVER. If you are looking for a good vape shop, with EXCELLENT customer service, AND a cute pup, RAB Vapes is the place to go!

They have so much more then any store I’ve been in. Everything here is tough and durable, not going to last you a week and break due to cheap parts. They’re pricing is also very nice. The employees might also be some of the nicest employees a businesss has ever had.

Honestly very few vape shops have the welcoming atmosphere and excellent selection that Rab Vapes has. With their unparrelled customer service and fair prices. Their is no other vape shop in the area that I would recommend over Rab. Truly one of the TITANS in the vape community. And I feel as if they are only just getting started. Long Live Rab

Rab Vapes has a great selection of products from Mods to pod devices and also has amazing juice highly recommend the Slurp juice and the workers there are very friendly and welcoming and know a lot about their products.
