The store rep Lars was great. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door so we didn't wait at all, he stayed after they had closed to make sure we were completely taken care of, and completely resolved every issue my girlfriend and I had and more. Overall, it was the best experience I've had in a mobile store visit.

I’ve used this store and service for over 6 years and they are always so helpful. They have very nice employees and care about their customers. I don’t see myself switching from AT&T anytime soon.

Had a flawless experience at the Harrison AR AT&T. Joshua provided great customer service. He was able to answer all our questions and helped with every step of getting new phones as well as the trade in process. Don’t typically write reviews but…I had a issue regarding a suspended line that I was unable to activate on my end after weeks of contact with AT&T via phone they were of no help and directed me to a physical AT&T location. I was very surprised to have the issue immediately solved by a lad named Josh/Joshua? He was highly knowledgeable and proved to know what he was doing very quickly and had my issue resolved in <30Minutes. I’m very pleased to have a proper interaction with this man and will have me returning In the future for further help

Needed help with a new phone and transferring and old phone number from a previous carrier. The AT&T support line managed to royally biff it up. After 2 hours of being on hold and no results I took the phone to the Harrison store. It took a bit but the fellas didn’t give up and made it alright. Should have started there and will next time. Thanks guys!

I had a complex problem with my account due to a mistake committed at a different AT&T store. Store manager Josh understood the problem. His expertise and knowledge of how the system works allowed him to research the issue and implement a creative solution to restore my account. He did all this while being the only employee working on a busy Saturday afternoon assisting multiple customers simultaneously. If you want outstanding customer service, visit this store and ask for Josh.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Josh at the store in Harrison Arkansas ..my phone was totally messed up to the point I was afraid to use it..in a matter of seconds he had me back on track
He deserves a raise.. I am senior citizen and not tech savy at all .
He was so respectful ..he is a keeper!!!

As usual (and I would expect nothing else from this franchise location) the visit was more than perfect. The salesman and his store manager went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and get my wife and I the best deal possible. It has been the better part of twenty years since we’ve had our #s and been with AT&T and as of the last few experiences I doubt that will change anytime soon. These folks want to help good people. As with any service experience I’d say that if you are butt then expect to be treated as such. Golden Rule people! These folks are fantastic and are great to deal with especially for older folks. The store rep, Mason, was wonderful!! He knows the products very well. Was able to help set up and transfer two phones for me while we were in the store. He was also working solo and the store was pretty busy. He never lost his cool or got overwhelmed. The customers didn’t get angry for waiting because he handled them so well when they came in the door. Very helpful and pleasant. He’s a wonderful multi tasker!! Was able to help another person while one thing was downloading for someone else and go back and forth. Great job Mason!!

After giving my phone and unintentional bath I needed help. Not only did he set me up with a comparable phone he walked me through the restart/refresh process. This guy is my hero. Great help; great product; great relief!

The manager Josh is amazing! I drive over an hour to get to that particular store just because he is so knowledgeable and helpful with anything to do with my phones and or service plan.

My family went about a month ago and talked about our options. I called them the other day and told them we had decided to come in. They remembered us and everything we had discussed. They were wonderful!! There was an incident where an old belligerent man came in yelling about something. He was from out of town and had lost his phone. The manager asked us if we cared if she talked to him for a moment and we didn't mind. She tried to help him and he became loud and threatening. They were so calm and collected. They treated him kindly. He left and they carried on helping us. They even stayed late past closing. We couldn't be happier with the service we were given. I wish I had gotten both their names but unfortunately I only got one. Her name was Jennifer. Thank you to both of them!!

Jennifer deserves a raise and a promotion for her services and for the dedication she shows at work at the job she does very well. Employee's are hard to come by, but one who cares not only about herself but other's is good to have around for future people. She treats people Like people, not another dollar amount walking in and does what she can to help them out the best she can.

Part 1: Fantastic experience at AT&T with Jennifer and Marrisa! Very knowledgeable and eager to help! Greeted right away with a smile and told me they would be with me as soon a possible.
Part 2: AT&T you need to step your game up and help these two girls!! I waited 2 hours to get help because these to lady’s were slammed! Help them!! Get them some help!!! It not just once it’s been every time I’ve been there over the last few weeks and it’s not just me!! People walk out all the time because they too know how long the wait will be, I too have walked out after waiting an hour. Again HELP THEM, they know their stuff they just need more help!!!

After 9 years with Virgin Mobile, and several extremely frustrating months dealing with customer service/poor coverage, I began the process of switching to AT&T online. After that failed, I walked into the store for assistance. Sarah spent two hours setting up my account and trying to enable service on my existing device - at closing time she recognized that my device was owned by my previous provider and I would have to buy a new phone. As I was leaving she was turning to help other people, even though the store was technically closed. I came back on Monday, as she told me that due to AT&T's system I had to wait to add a device to my account. It still did not compute, so I had to come back yet again on Tuesday (Sarah cancelled my account). After another 2 hours, I had a new phone and a functional plan. She was very kind and patient throughout the process, telling me about available discounts and promotions. She called numerous customer service reps trying to preserve my number, activate my account, etc., and the system would not allow an efficient transition process. Although this process was incredibly aggravating, Sarah provided fantastic customer service and I look forward to future dealings with AT&T (girl deserves a pay raise!)
