Put in my first online drive up order and my experience was great. Even though it was busy when I got there and had to wait a bit, Lucy was the Target team member who assisted me with my order. She was very professional and kind and went the extra mile. Everything in my order was in great condition and just what I would have picked out. I appreciated her attention to detail and will definitely use this wonderful free service again.

This is hands down the best target I've been to in the area. It is clean, organized, bright andhas very helpful staff. Absolutely worth the drive to do my shopping here. They also have a really nice area with sporting goods and apparel from local teams.

Well organized, great location, and helpful staff. This is definitely one of the hidden gems of the triangle for those looking for clearance deals. Many of the other targets get bogged down with lots of people clearing them out of their clearance items, but you can usually find some great things here. I love this Target location in Cary! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I always feel like I'm getting great customer service here.

One of the best things about this Target location is the drive-up pickup option. It's so convenient to be able to place an order online and have it ready for pickup within an hour or less. The process is always seamless and efficient, and I never have to worry about spending too much time in the store.

The Target in Cary has always provided top notch customer service. The associates are helpful with finding your items and completing transactions. It’s always clean and the line wait times seems to be until 5 minutes or less.

I’ve shopped at several Targets stores and have always been happy with mostly friendly staff.
Today I was online and the lady In front of me had a fairly large order and several questions on prices and a gift card. Cashier named Dee was so patient, kind and helpful to this lady. As she finished helping this customer with such patience and Grace, Dee looks at me with a smile, calm voice and warm greeting to me. Dee took my order as if I was the only one in the store! I applaud you Dee!

This Target was well organized in products and staff. Michelle had a great deal of patience and kindness at guest services. I needed to return something on this date, and the process was quick and seemingly fair. I would definitely return.

This location is close by so I’m in there all the time. Dee is hands down the best employee I’ve ever encountered. Every time I see her she is beyond sweet, always smiling and sharing a good laugh / making great conversation. I look at each checkout lane and if she’s working I make sure to go to hers. People like her are few and far between.

During these trying times, I was able to find something I had been desperately searching for. My cashier was the best possible. So positive and kind and efficient! If there is any way possible, please acknowledge to her I really appreciate her kindness. And I learned how often Target is providing cleaning, etc. to the checkout cashier areas. Clean, bright store. Friendly employees

I usually have great shopping experiences at Target, today was great. Target has a great selection, reasonable prices and usually friendly and helpful staff. It is my go to stores for many items.

Nice, clean Target. It's a bit smaller and has less selection than other Targets in the area, but not so much that I find myself driving out of the way to hit up another Target. The Drive Up service is very fast, courteous and professional. It's a nice Target for the area.
