It says they open 24/7 but it's currently 0235 hours on February 18, 2023 Saturday morning, the employee inside said they are closed. They need to update that information to a more accurate times!

My experience is the is (at times) a nice man who works very very hard. But his entire staff does not understand nor speak English. His staff are very rude with out remorse. They don't seem to understand our culture and our customer service expectations. Good luck

This store has a nice owner But...

This review was brought on by an employee talking to me as if I was a dog. He is unprofessional to say the least. He can't handle the rush and any inconvenience causes him to snap. If the owner didn't come save the day I would have left a 1 star. This was my favorite store until I was spoke to the way I was. The store also charges a fee for debit. Their debit machines hardly work and need an update.

Don't open 24hrs. Dropped by 3am and there are chains on the inside of the door. Please stop telling people to call your number. This AM PM don't open 24hrs.

Not open 24 hrs like posted. Employee are just sitting in the back on his phone. Seems as if that's his main priority.

The guy from ampm was super to me he raised his voice on me so yeah

Get new employees. He shorted me on gas after I got cigarettes and paid him $30 he only put $9.50 on the pump I was on.
He was on his phone on a call through his AirPods and couldn’t even understand what I was trying to tell him

So I come in here ask how much is a 32 oz soda ...87 cents I buy 2 come out side fill the cup I use with one and a half instead of jet getting ice ...87 cents to fill my cup ..... Then go back in to use the bathroom ... Use the bathroom..... Sister goes in and the fn owner ... accuses her of stealing ice and soda ...... This happens in less than 5 min only 1 other customer goes into the store in that time ..... I call and ask to talk to the dude that's always there that I buy ice Frome like every other day and they hang up on me worst people to deal with ever and they are more expensive than almost every other ampm in Fresno county disgraceful..... Oh and bathroom was filthy and the soda machine drain tray was nasty

Supposed to be open 24 hours but just came from there. Door was chained shut and the employee inside was ignoring me. Don't plan on it being open.

Bathroom toilet is nasty and the cashier guy keeps staring at me even before I came inside and it looked like he was chewing gum.
