I found exactly what I didn't know I needed and was incredibly happy. They have a lovely selection of women's clothing.
I was going through so e of my clothes looking for an item and noticed several items I have had for 20 plus years said JCPenny. They have been a reliable place to shop for so many years. Don't forget them or we may end up missing them.

Today at the JCPenney’s in Westminster, CA, I met a supervisor who soared like an eagle! She went beyond all expectations. Her name is Cheryl R. 0049. She was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived at the store she helped me with an issue. I’d had an unfortunate experience in the last two days with JCPenney’s online ordering and vowed to never deal with their company again. No reason to go into this, but I will say that Cheryl not only helped me with that issue, she helped me find exactly what I needed in her store at a great price. I will definitely go to the JCPenney’s in Westminster for future purchases. Thank you.

I love JCPenney but it's pricier than I want to pay but they did have some good sells and better quality clothes than the W store.

One of my favorite stores for underwear, sleeping wears, etc. So sorry the ones in Santa Mònica were closed.

Not much to report, we went to the JCPenney's in Westminster Mall to buy some clothing. Tons of parking on the JCPenney side...... Honestly lots of parking on every side. This mall is going downhill quickly. No complaints about the shopping at JCPenney We got what we came for and everyone was helpful and friendly👍

The employees here are so friendly its makes you want to shop in their store. Lots of parking, handicapped and CV regular. No line at checkout. Cashier friendly and really seemed to enjoy her job. Pricing fair and sales adding to the savings. Comes highly recommended.

The young men that helped us this evening in the mens department did such a fantastic job. I wanted to say thank you so much for helping us on where we could get the jacket we had just purchased, altered and was able to get that done! Thank you again for all the help and going the "extra mile" in customer service.

Cole was so helpful because of his amazing expertise in the area of golf shirts. He wouldn't stop saying, "Happy shirt, happy golfer" and I couldn't agree more! Thank you, Cole!

Went to Pennys at Westminster Mass to return a couple items and to purchase some towels theemployee at the return counter was nice and helpful I only had a receipt for one item but she quickly looked up the item with no receipt and credited it to my credit card. Then I went to purchase towels there was no cssh register on 3rd floor so I took my items to 1st floor there was a customer ahead of me that was odd and acting strange the cashier kept calm and smiled and handeled the customer nicely then after finging my purchase she checked to see if I had any points on my card and I did she was just as nice as could be all in all a great experience😊

When you go to JCPenney you know what you're going to get, might walk around for a little bit and find something else but we all know what usually we're going to get when we go there. My five-stars are for Jacob, like I saw me walking around a little bit and checking out the jeans and he actually came up to me and asked me if I needed some help, to which of course I said yes! He took his time help me out then afterward when he saw me again he asked if I needed anything else, that's amazing customer service. Jacob, thank you very much for helping me out buddy I greatly appreciate you!

Love the deals and steals from here, got the hubby a new outfit for his birthday and usually its difficult to find 3XT shirts but no problem here. I even ordered something while driving home, because I couldn't beat the price!

One of the stubborn survivor's of the digital age. Nice and open employees are attentive and price and selection are good. Hours are varied mtwt 11 to 8 fs 10 to 9 Sunday 11 to 7

Love it. Nice place to shop. They usually have my size. I wish they would carry half sizes over size 10 because Im an 11 and a half shoe size. Not a good place for shoes for me.Still I like the store. Personnel are always helpful.
