T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Just closed my AT&T account after 15 years as they decided to reduce the existing company discount. Searched around and found an excellent plan at T-Mobile. Went to the Monroe store and was initially helped by Jay and once I decided on a plan Lexi the manager did the plan initiation and porting. I cannot lavish enough praise on her for her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. She also possesses a keen sense of humor and the ability to recall the password I selected a week before….🤷. I have also discovered that I am getting 5G service in areas where I didn’t before. At my home which has always been barely one bar is now three bar service. These, along with the great savings make this the perfect move.

Had some phone issues that Josef helped solve. He spent a lot of time explaining and trying to help us. We will go back when it's time to get new phones.

Got 3 phone upgrades from the iPhone 11, iPhone SE and a Samsung to an iPhone and Lexi and Corey were so patient and fantastic. Very knowledgeable and it was a really great process.

Visited store in person and was very pleased with the service and knowledge Josh and Lexi provided. They made the experience pleasant and flawless!

A+ to this location and Lexi! After having been loyal Verizon customers for over 20 years, we were presented with a promotion (combined with our kid's birthday) that we couldn't pass up. Lexi walked us through the entire process and flawlessly handled what was a very complicated switch-over. When you're doing something as important as changing carriers, you want someone you can trust won't mess it up, and we easily got that confidence from working with her. We left feeling welcomed and appreciated, as well.

So excited about this new location in Monroe. So convenient and right on the main road! Great customer service. I went to get my new upgrade for my phone and Lexi was great and offered me a promo with my phone as well. Most other places don’t tell you about the promos but we saved a lot of money and are happy with the service. Great experience, highly recommend!

The manager was amazingly helpful. It is not very often you find someone with such a commitment to customer service. I hope the company appreciates what she does!

Standard T-Mobile store. Food parking available. Staff was friendly, was not busy at all, we were taken care of right away.

Could not help me because they couldn't get into my account I was a sprint customer. Not very happy. This store is down the street from me and could not help ne out.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Upgraded 2 phones around the holidays. One associate - first name begins with 'M' - tried to trick us into adding a phone line, then fraudulently added 3 mobile internet lines to our account (we only found out about the lines when we got the monthly statement). He also added device protection even though we explicitly declined it. Another associate didn't even ask if we wanted device protection and just added it to our account for my son's phone. Fraud investigation with T-MOBILE ongoing.

UPDATE: Reached out to the retailer at the email address provided. No response. You'd think they would care about their employees committing fraud but apparently not.
