Food Lion

Best place to buy groceries and has the best employees very friendly helpful and genuine. They all go out of their way to help their customers. They all have knowledge of the products and don't mind helping you find them. I love this store and have been shopping their for over 15 years

This is the best food lion in town in my opinion. Most of the workers are friendly,polite, and helpful. Its alway clean and organized. The only issue ive had is when I order through the online pick up because there are times I get a message saying items are being substituted because they are not in stock but then I go inside to look for myself and it's sitting right there on the shelf, it's almost as if they are just taking a glance but not actually looking for what I've ordered. But other than that I alway have a good experience.

My favorite Food Lion, most of the staff is super friendly and it is always well stocked. It has many organic options which I love and the produce is fresh, as well as a decent wine selection..

The cashier was timely and very helpful. Her patience exceeded my expectations as I searched for change from the bottom of my purse

Excellent selection and prices!! The 2 for one items are the same price whether you buy one or 2 (unlike many of their competitors). Store is clean, very well-stocked and the staff is friendly and very helpful-could not ask for a better place to shop!! Highly recommend!!

The deals are great, the store is orderly and neat everytime we go. I was a Kroger customer for years, I think I'll stick with this Food Lion for a while. Seems to also be getting better over time.

Clean and well stocked. Have never had issues with this store. Have good sales sometimes.

I always do pick up orders and never once has my order been fulfilled incorrectly/short. They also do a great job at picking the meat and produce as well.

I am really impressed with this grocery store. I don't usually have the opportunity to go here because it's not really on my way to anything I frequent. But I was made aware of some specials this week and went to see what was left. The store had recently done a renovation. Everything was laid out beautifully, and bright. The produce department was well taken care of. The one thing that made me want to write this is, halfway through my shopping I meet the lady that has been cleaning the store for many years. She was dusting, and just anything that needed done. I used to do resets at grocers and never saw anyone out cleaning in the middle of the day. Needless to say I am so impressed and thanked her for what she does and found the manager to tell her as well. I will definitely be back to frequent this Food Lion!

Very clean and gray assortment of options. I drove around looking for gift cards and they hands down had the best options. I was thanked multiple times for my visit and that was very refreshing being from South Florida. The wine selection is excellent

I've lived in this area for almost 30 years. When Food Lion moved in this store and it saved me driving 5 more miles to the closest grocery store I was overjoyed. It became my neighborhood store. But now, I appreciate it even more! With inflation eating up everyone's paycheck; I love how I barely noticed shortages there. Yes, the prices are higher than they used to be but the sales are on items commonly needed. The employees are helpful. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them now that Is am retired!

I love this Food Lion. It's my neighborhood market.

Pros: quite Possibly the best Food Lion in all of Augusta, Georgia. Staffing is professional and down to earth. In the daytime, there's fresh hot food ready to eat. Clean and spacious. Cons: they often run out of inventory fairly quickly. It's almost laughable at times. Expect for one thing on your list to be unchecked, guaranteed.

The store is always clean and always willing to help. But I don't like how small the isles seem now since they have remodeled the store.

I love this Food Lion and even though I live farther away now I will still drive the extra distance to shop here. This place is more like a neighborhood general store. I used to live about 5 miles away but have since moved a couple of months ago so now it's about 13 miles away but worth the extra miles. I like the people here they always smile and talk to you. Its neat watching the younger ones grow up over the years at the start of their adult lives. It feels familiar here because the store layout never changes and you know where everything is located. After shopping here for over 12 years I have only had to wait in a line at the cashiers one time and it was this past Christmas Eve. They also carry items here that they don't at the other closest Food Lion. Its just nice to shop in a clean friendly environment. I wish the hadn't closed the local store a few years ago because it was also a nice store that always seemed to be busy. Anyway I really like this store and need to go there tomorrow as a matter of fact. Later
