i went to dollar general and the cashier viviana was there to help me and she assistant me and she gave me such a happy vibe. she deserves a raise!

Nice store, that have a little bit of everything. Great for quick shopping trips or that last minute item you may have forgot to pack.

My new go-to store,to pick up things on the way home. This store is immaculate and the cashiers are very courteous and friendly. I live the $1 items aisle.

Big and clean store but there was an unpleasant man working there tonight. I said hello, no response. He then proceeds to scan everything with an attitude then slam my stuff into the bags. I ignored that, then I said thank you and he didn’t say anything. He might have been having a bad night but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness.
I won’t be going to this DG anymore. They just hire anyone…..

First time here tonight. But this will be the first and last time I’ll come here. The guy at night cashier was rude and seemed like he had an attitude. Then he proceeds to shout “hello! You forgot your drinks” in such a rude way.

My cashier was Joshua, he did not greet me, and threw my receipt in the trash. I had to ask to get my receipt. He ripped of my $5 off coupon too, so I didn't get it. This is unacceptable!

Cashier on October 4th, 2023, 5pm, was super rude. I will never come back to this store. She was horrible

I visited the store this morning walking in I had clear eye to contact with an employee by the name of Cheryl she didn’t even say good morning how are you hello or nothing after gathering my items I went to the register and put my things on the countertop and she just stood there and looked at me she never said hello how are you good morning can I help you or nothing I then said to her how are you and she replied back I’m fine but she didn’t never steal asked me how I was doing or hello or anything that is poor customer service to the fullest unprofessional st it’s finest I don’t care where you shop at the dollar tree the dollar store or wherever you desire to choose to spend your money you should be treated with great customer service customer service is the key and that will always bring me back I won’t be going back to this location

When I pulled up I saw another employee sitting outside on a milk crate and while I was checking out she came back in the door and said guess what I am now the new assistant manager they were so busy talking about her being the new assistant manager they forgot to pay attention to the customer that was right in front of them paying the money!! Horrible experience in this store and it’s a brand new store horrible and disappointing in the customer service and the professionalism
