The Home Depot

First time at the Porter location. I went in to get moving boxes. They’re priced pretty good there. Something shocking though, I was asked by 4 different employees if I needed help with anything. Lol, at the Humble location you can never find someone who works there.

I love Home Depot. Good prices. I do wish it was like it was before COVID. You could ask anyone in the store where something was and they would take you right to it. It is like everywhere else now nobody wants to work. They would rather get free money than work and earn a decent living.

My garden, plumbing, yard, tool place! Got seeds to put in my Valentine's baskets!

I want to write this review on account of Janice. an associate at the service desk at Home Depot in Porter Texas.
Janice helped me find a solution to make an exchange of a thermostat that I ordered at other Home Depot store.
The one I received at the other store was in an unwrapped bare box with a broken seal right out of the pick up locker so I did not accepted it.
They could not help me exchange the item even after their website say they had 5 Emerson ST55 thermostats in stock Just like the one I had ordered. they could not locate one to make an exchange.
So I had to go to the nearest Home Depot in Porter Texas.
What an exceptional service quality I found at the “ Home Depot Porter, Texas ” store.
They had the number of items listed on their website and all of them were sealed and with security devices around the box for safe keeping which gives peace of mind that I am not buying an item that has been tampered with.
Wish the rest of the stores would be this organized. had to drive 16.5 miles from home to this store. But in the end it was worth it. when I have a Home Depot store much closer to home. But the store near my home is a mess when it comes to good service.
It Doesn’t occur very often that you find a person with the character and principles that will help find a solution without giving up.

We always shop here and find everything we need. Employees are nice and easy to locate. Much nicer than Lowes employees - seems like you can never get help at Lowes. That is why we always shop at Home Depot.

My truck was stolen out of the parking lot the employees were very helpful and friendly and tried very hard to help me recover my truck but we have not had any luck if anyone has seen it please contact the police thanks

Love this place keeps my wife super happy

I usually do pick up orders here because the place is so huge, and I struggle with back problems, so I can't do long term periods of walking and standing. Each time I have done an order, the same customer service rep Marsha, is the one who brings it to me quickly and efficiently. She always has a kind word and she works very hard to be sure the orders are accurate and speedily met, even when things get really hectic. I only go to this Home Depot for that reason and there are two that are equidistant from my house. Keep up the wonderful service!

Bought appliances here. Super helpful associate, easy buying processes, and delivery set up was a breeze. Nice selection and reasonable prices.

This is my favorite Home Depot in our area. Contrary to other reviews, I typically find helpful associates, who are more than willing to help. There have been a few who are ugly though. As a woodworker/DIYer, I'm always in this store, spending more money than I should. Lol

The older I get, the more I get it. An invaluable resource of such varieties unlikely to be available under one roof+ unroofed area, otherwise.

They have both Smart+ Dumb variety of Fridge... Light bulbs, security camera & door bells, Locks in both persuasions, paint strippers (Rated PG.13)...+++

With App that tells you which Isle each item leaving extra time to available Staff anxious to help. Please be kind & make them feel helpful and ask them about an item so they can look it up on the App. to support their effort to remain relevant & employed.

Q in appliances helped us out this past Friday. Overall great experience.

They have an absolutely wonderful selection of plants and flowers. They're beautiful and blooming. Someone really takes care to make sure they look taken care of. I have always enjoyed looking at all the different flowers when I was a kid and now as an adult, I appreciate the work that goes into maintaining a store this big. Staff was attentive and helpful as well.
