We had an amazing experience at this location. The sales rep, Diego was kind enough to help my father access a phone and activate it to contact his family while being away on a work trip. Love this location and seriously recommend it.

Diego was very busy but handled everyone in the store with efficiency where he could. He was patient where needed as well. I watched him take care of an older gentleman and show him through the process of setting up his new phone.

Diego took the time to help me retrieve an old email and reset my password to get all my info. He made the effort that most won't nowadays.

I'm just hoping that the promotion that I have doesn't cheat me later.

It was fast service. Diego was fantastic and very warm and easy to talk to.

Would like to say the professionalism, patience, and unmatched customer service were on full display with Maria. The store was very busy and Maria was the only sales associate working. She displayed great knowledge and understanding with regard to each customer's questions. Maria's patience was unscathed, although some of the customers were not easy to deal with. I was there simply to purchase a replacement protective glass cover for my phone but she treated me with the same importance as the customers that were spending big money on new phones. Maria is a valuable asset to your business and this cannot go unnoticed. Her people skills cannot be taught, they are natural to her - Maria cares. Because of Maria, I highly recommend your store to all who may need a new phone, products, or questions answered.

I was very impressed by how the employees worked with me to fulfill my phone needs. Lacy was extra helpful — I’m a bit technologically impaired! She walked me through several applications and gave me all the support I needed. Great place!
