Clean but the staff were rude. I asked to see or actually sample a product and nobody was available!

Changing to this pharmacy from the Walgreen's on Airport Blvd & McGregor Ave.
So far everyone has a very pleasant telephone voice and very helpful with their knowledge. A much needed service at Walgreen's located at Airport Blvd and McGregor Ave. They are the worst!!!!!!

I’ve picked up photos from here several times and every single time the workers just do their own thing while I stand at the photo counter for over 10 mins.

Okay so the actual pharmacy on the right side has been super rude numerous times they are so quick to say there isn’t a prescription there for you meanwhile it’s next door at the community pharmacy. Now the community pharmacy is amazing and friendly I love the staff and absolutely love Josh he’s so amazing and helpful. I highly recommend you just use the community side for your folks verses the other side because they are super rude , slow, & always come with an attitude.

I’ve been waiting in the pharmacy drive-thru today for over 45 minutes. This location is so slow now. When I pulled up there 10 cars in the pharmacy drive-thru line. Tried calling their corporate office, was on hold to talk to someone for 35 minutes before they answered and all they said was “I will file a report and send it up to our management department so they will be aware”. This location also closes down their pharmacy drive-thru now before 7:00 PM each night. This Walgreens location needs some management help.

Worst pharmacy ever, the pharmacist woman will tell you that you cannot refill until after your pickup date should be, then they will put the wrong dates on your bottles to make sure you don't refill a day early, that woman is straight hateful at this location. They will not put your refills on your prescription, I got home and noticed my refills said 0 when it was actually 5 and no apology or anything was ever given to me for this mistake. I've never seen any pharmacy this awful in all my life that woman needs to not work in a pharmacy making mistakes with people's medication like she does

I had a horrible experience with a rude pharmacist at the Walgreens in Mobile AL on Airport and Mcgregor this past Monday night around 9:45pm. I had called previously and been put on hold by a pharmacist after getting through the painful call automation process. The call was dropped. I then called back and asked the pharmacist to please not put me on hold as the call had been dropped previously. I was sick, coughing my head off and needed pulmicort inhaler. I was asking her to check on the availability. When I asked her to not put me on hold, she hung up on me. You cannot believe the frustration and upset this caused me. I was driving 30 miles to this location this past Monday night and wanted to know if the drug was available. I was fighting the automated call system to try to reach a human and first my call was dropped and then I was hung up on.

This pharmacist needs to be put on warning. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. Secondly, not a single Walgreens in south Alabama had pulmicort 180 mcg inhaler in stock, unbelievable. Third, your automated phone system is a nightmare, when I say “speak to pharmacist” 20 times it should put the call through.

The next day I called CVS and they told me which location had the pulmicort and I picked it up. They were friendly, efficient and even gave my dog a treat. When it comes to picking a pharmacy for meds not covered by my insurance you can be pretty sure it won’t be a Walgreens.

I can’t tell you the number of times I have tried to enter the store at 5am only to be turned away. It seems as though the cash registers are broke every 3rd day. Or there’s a line 10 people deep in a Wal-Greens of all places.

Don’t get me started on the number of times the employees called in sick. They shut the store down for just about anything. It blows my mind that there are store managers making more than $50k a year and these managers can’t open the front door at least.

Today’s excuse is “cash only”. This is 4th or 5th time this has happened to me. I only go to the store like once every 2-3 weeks or so.

Went to go get my covid test done here. I signed up online for it, but I got up there the next day and the pharmacist was so rude to me. Mind you this is the third time I’ve went to a walgreens for my test, but the first time I was treated as if I was infected! She didn’t explain anything, gave me this wide eyed crazy look the whole time, and she didn’t tell
me anything about how my results were going to come through. To be frank, I don’t think she knows what she’s doing. It’s been three days and I still haven’t gotten any results back for my rapid test.

I always stand here 20-30 minutes at photo counter before anyone comes to help me and never a soul in here. I upload my pictures via app and pick up on my lunch break what a way to spend my lunch waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to photo counter. Very disappointing for the fact I always print 100+ photos every other month. And it’s everytime I use this location not just a one time thing!
