Good 2 Go

This store is so clean, you smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in. We were greeted by both employees (Juanita and Rob). They were very helpful in giving us suggestions for places to eat and visit during our stay in Albuquerque. They even looked up addresses and directions for us to go see and eat at certain places they said we're the best in town. Their restrooms we the cleanest restrooms we ever used at a gas station. I would DEFINITELY visit this station again the next time we come to Albuquerque. Thank you Juanita and Rob for giving us great service!!

Had a bad experience with an employee here, however managements dedication to customer service was above and beyond what I expected

My daughter loves the milkshakes you can make yourself here. But every time I have gone to this particular Good 2 Go they ALWAYS charge me wrong and it's ALWAYS more! Then I have to sit there and kind of argue/debate the price that they have posted up until they finally correct it for us..! Just always a hassle..!

The security guard is very weird and unprofessional. he is a heavy set man with glasses. This is my neighborhood gas station and he is constantly coming up and harassing me at my car staring through my window. Last time I went he said "we don't want you here" when I was getting out of my car to grab gas. I called the store to see if this was true. They had no idea what he was talking about. He pulls his phone out to take pictures of my face through my window. This makes me very uncomfortable as he just has multiple pictures of me every time I'm at the gas station in his personal phone. This man all around is a nutcase. He seems to just want to push his weight on people or find something to do. He said he times people at the pump which is extremely unsettling to me. Mind you I have never done anything wrong there to cause concern or make him feel suspicious, its genuinely obsessive behavior at this point. I have made a report about him to the corporate office. Very unnecessary and unacceptable way to treat paying customers, running them off because you want to feel powerful or just have a personal dislike for someone. The people inside are nice but they really gotta do something about this guy. Tons of homeless people hang out in this parking lot for hours a day yet im getting harrassed. It makes me feel as if hes just waiting to see me pull in so he can target me. Watch out for this creep.

I had a terrible experience at this gas station. I stopped here for gas and to use restroom. Ended up not being able to use either one. After I was rudely told to put a mask on I then opened up the door going out to get a mask (didn’t have a mechanism to slow door opening so it made it look like I was somehow upset). Upon returning with a mask the large heavier in appearance employee was standing in front of the door smoking his cigarette and told me he was refusing me service. Of course he wasn’t wearing a mask 😂🤦🏻‍♂ Awesome business guys, keep it up 👍🏻

I don't understand what hours this location operates. I had a package in the Amazon Locker and it was the last day for pickup. The hours on Google says they close at 11pm. I showed up before 10pm and the place looked like it had been shut down for a while. As a result my package was sent back. I later spoke with the manager to ask why there are no hours posted on the door and he said they have to receive orders from corporate in order to do that. It's difficult to be interested in doing any impulse buying in a business that is challenged with keeping consistent basic operations.

I am furious. I Put gas at 1535 Coors nw. Gas nozzle full of oil gas. Addressed it with cashier. Bad business good 2 go. Those pumps need to be ready for inspection at all times. I've washed my hands 20 plus times today. Good 2 go locations are ran poorly! I'll pay extra for my gas and go elsewhere. No thank you

Store never opens at 6:30 like it's supposed to. I went there yesterday to get cigarettes and there were signs saying closed for 4 hours for system updates. I work at a gas station and the system updates never take that long also corporate never does system updates at 2 pm.

The cashier in the day is really rude and never does her job right. Always unhappy to help the customers. And will not cash lottery tickets in that are more than 20$ even tho most places do up to the 600$ exceeding limit, she always says they don't have the money but clearly they are busy enough to be able to do at least up to 300$ if anything. She's the caucasian woman with blonde hair short hair. The manager is just as rude as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service went in gave the lady $20 for gas went outside to pump my gas it wasn't started so I went back in and said can you please start the pump and she said you got to wait until I help all these other people I was like why would you take my money and tell me to wait I was first in line I paid start the pump let me get my gas and go on my way she told me to get the f out of her store I will be taking this further

I often give places/people the benefit of the doubt, but....
Also, isn't unnecessary rudeness almost everyone's pet peeve?

Horrible station. They close there doors and you can't pay at the pump. I wouldn't support them when they are open. Lazy owners

Is it normal to be closed at 643PM????? Thursday 12-30-2021. Check your cameras.
