My friends and I stopped by this Asian market because he wanted some Japanese mayo. I never knew that there was an Asian market in this plaza so I was interested to see what they have inside. They have some nice cookies and chocolate selection that will be great for holiday gifts. They also have some meat, ramen, candy and much more. They had boba ice cream here and also fresh soft serve ice cream. The store is not that big but they have a lot of stuff. They even have hot food and ready to go sushi for you as well. There are check out station or you can go to the typical cashier line.

I have wanted to stop here when going to 85 degrees Bakery located in the same shopping center.
This market is small, yet mightily packed with goodies!
Plenty of ready to eat meals, snacks, sushi and desserts! The cold drink sections do not disappoint!! So many flavors & the most adorable packaging in sodas, coffees & various drinks.
They have a whole section of Creme Hello Kitty & Friends beauty items and plenty of savory and sweet treats. I spent way too much money here. Enjoy!

The best Japanese market in the valley.
It might look pricey but the quality and diversity of Japanese products are hard to find from other Asian markets.

I like this Japanese supermarket as they have pre-made bento and lots of sushi/poke choices. They also has who shelf of Sanrio and BT21 merchandise!!! Very organized and neat environment, and usually around 6:30pm they'll start marking down the prices for the bento/sushi so that's definitely worth it!

Small authentic Japanese market. The produce section was limited. Center aisles have items typical of a market but from Japan. Liquor aisle was enticing. Fresh fish. I like the available portions. Smaller for two. Almost bought tuna. They had Hamachi cheek, impressive. The meat section was descent. Didn't examine closely.
We went specifically for sushi. I read other reviews about being pricey. My opinion is pretty reasonable for the quality and freshness. The sushi is made that day. They were still bringing more selections out. We were there at 10:30 am. You would pay more for a restaurant experience plus 20% tip for the same product. Of course, they don't have "special " rolls, but cut and sashimi variety is impressive. There are too many choices. Next time, I'm trying the fatty tuna roll. They also have bento boxes. Salmon, fried chicken, fresh water eel, BBQ beef, pork cutlet, and more. Looked good.
If you're worried about pricing, understand it's about quality and freshness. Most center aisle items are imported. Aldi is across the street. I recommend taking a look. Bring a sweater if you're planning to shop for a while. The temp inside is cool and crisp to keep things fresh.

We finally made it here and it does not disappoint! Store is smaller than the one in Torrance but the vibe is there! We went a little overboard with buying everything on sale especially sushi and other food items that are marked down, how can anyone resist that!?

I never been in this store before untill today (Feb 14,2023). Good products! From raw foods to canned goods to chocolates and drinks. They have products that you can only usually buy from Japan.

The only Japanese market in the area offers products that are difficult to find in the US. The prepared sushi is great but inventory sells fast especially if you go after 7 pm when they are offered at a 50% discount. The meats for Shabu Shabu and/or hot pot are good but inventory tends to be low and on most weekends they are out of stock. Some items like the meats are a little pricey but the product offerings and clean store atmosphere makes this Japanese market a great addition to the Northridge area.

One of my go-to Japanese grocery stores. Some items are better prices than daiso or nigia market. The sushi is usually pretty good and the variety of refrigerated vitamin drinks is better than most.

I really only come here for the pre-packaged foods. They have such a good selection of different sushi, bowls, plates, etc. The poke bowls that they have are the best poke I've had. They also have a cute makeup section, and I got some stuff from there. I would recommend coming here, especially for the ready-to-eat foods.

The place is really clean. The bento meals are made fresh daily. Towards the end of the day, the meals are discounted which makes for a convenient quick dinner. This place stocks many snacks and drinks that can't be found anywhere else. There's a large variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. They also have some appliances such as rice cookers. I highly recommend stopping by. There's definitely something good tasting for everybody.

It's pretty great. I like all the stuff they have to offer. If you noticed the ratings for having "empty shelves" that is most likely because it was near the opening of the store, so everyone is gonna want to stop by. Now that it's been a couple of months, everything is usually in stock. I'm not personally Japanese, I don't know how authentic it is, but really enjoy this store.

Finally, a proper Japanese market in the Valley! No more driving to the West Side, San Gabriel, or all the way to the South Bay for decent Japanese groceries.

We came here on the second day they were open. Even though it was very busy, the store was nicely stocked and the staff was great.

So happy there is a Japanese Market now in the San fFernando Valley. My partner and I were there on Sunday (A day after the opening day) and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness, customer service, and how wide the aisles were did not disappoint. My only criticism is that they did not have Japanese sausage but hopefully they will rectify that and it will be there and stocked for our next visit.

The market is small compared to others but I've always been fortunate to find something I like, especially the prepared meals and onigiri.

The bento boxes are high quality and certain times of the day there is a mad rush for them. Get there early so you can get your choice of boxes. What's inside the bento boxes? Tempura, seafood, curry, fried chicken and they also have sandwiches, onigiri and sushi trays....oh my
