Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I highly recommend the Gulf Breeze store. The primer and paint they recommended for my kitchen cabinets worked great. Two years later and still looks freshly painted. The manager is very knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining why the materials he suggested would work best for me... and it was less expensive than the big box stores.

Great customer service. Also, paint is FANTASTIC. Purchased paint for a furniture painting project. Enamel paint is perfect for this- self leveling and great coverage.

The team at Sherwin Williams in Gulf Breeze were awesome at being attentive to my needs in determining a new paint colors in my home. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, patient and clutch when the Color Snap App failed to give me a visual of my paint selections. This store is amazing and it is all due to the manager Brandan! This guy was extremely knowledgeable super friendly and just an amazing person to work with! Was able to get me everything I needed to get my project completed and it was close to closing time and he had a last-minute rush of customers. Brandan was working all by himself and took care of everybody with a smile on his face. He made everyone feel welcome and wasn’t stressed at all even though he was supposed to be closing soon. This guy is a real pro and this type of work ethic and attitude it’s just not seen around very often! I was super impressed with getting to work with him!

The store was clean and well stocked. The sales rep was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The manager also went out of his way to get what I wanted. No wonder Sherwin William's continues to be my family's favorite paint company. 63 years a customer, thank you.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I live in Navarre but I drive to the Gulf Breeze store just because they are so helpful. I would like to mention that the "Samples" are a great deal. I thought the samples were expensive at $7.00 until I got it home and realized it was only 13mil short of the quarts I was buying at Lowe's for over $10.00. Very happy with the quality and service.

My brother has used Sherwin-Williams with several homes they've owned and bragged about the quality service provided & how the products really are worth the money wisely spent. The store managers at this store are full of knowledge & great advice for big or small projects. Not to mention that the store is kept clean & presentable, too!

Stopped there yesterday. Only giving 5 stars because the manager was extremely helpful and courteous. Extremely rude employees however! Door was proppex open so I walked in the store and immediately a man behind the counter got extremely unnecessarily rude get out of the store you're not supposed to be in here. He said you're supposed to call in orders but that's kind of hard when the phone number listed in the window was busy for 15 minutes straight. Neither him or the lady offered to help my wife or I. Other places sell paint and paint supplies. If I had employees to act like that they would no longer be employed. Thank you store manager for picking up their slack. You might want to put a stop to that.

Been giving me expert advice for over 10 years. Products cost a little more than Lowe's or home depot, but in the long run I didn't have to repaint or stain anything in over 10 years. So it was definitely cheaper long run

This was my first experience with Sherwin Williams, and I felt they went above and beyond. The associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and advised me well. I’ll definitely be returning.

I came in asking for a color match and brought in paint I had been using.
I wanted to use a relatively odor free paint instead of the sample I brought in. The person who helped me cheerfully went about filling my order.

This particular store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales people. They are never too busy to make you feel that your business is important to them.

Best Sherman Williams we have ever bought paint from. They care a lot more about the outcome of your PAINT WORK Than The Desk At Local Lowe's Does THAT IS FOR DAMN SURE !

Super helpful staff and great products make this a fantastic store. They also have really good sales if you watch for them!

I am a Contractor and doing business with this team is a pleasure. The paint seems to cost a little more, but it doesn't...these coatings cover more space and leaves a finish minus brush stokes and streaks that other products fall short on. David Owens

Customer service is great at this location, and it’s uniquely open on Saturday and Sunday. The store manager Neil is a pleasure to deal with
