Extremely helpful in a stressful situation. We were passing through from out of state, and had the turbo hose break. The gentleman on the phone patiently talked it through so the correct part could be found and brought to us. The assistant manager brought it to us and made sure it was the correct part we needed. Thank you for your help and hospitality.

I came in for some oil and power steering fluid. The store manager showed me himself. I asked if it was okay to put oil in my car in the parking lot (I don't like to be rude and assume), and he was very excited I asked and told me of course it was okay. Great place. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

My trunk would not open with the key and Austin M stepped up and helped me. He pulled out the back seat and was able to pop the trunk. He saved my frozen groceries. I just moved to the area and I'm finding out that there are super nice people here. Need help with anything ask for Austin M.

Amazing employees ! 10 minutes before they closed I was in the adjacent parking lot and my engine started to overheat . It was like a gift from god that I happened to be right next to an oreilys . I had borrowed my brothers truck and I am a single mother who doesn’t know anything about cars or trucks . I bought some oil and coolant hoping to fix the problem . After sitting in the parking lot and watching multiple instruction videos , one of the employees asked and offered his help . He got me going back on the road and left me with some very valuable information .I didn’t get his name but he was young and said he worked two jobs . This is going above and beyond for your customers and I’m so happy this company hires the best of the best .

I have an old clunker that Im constantly having to work on, and these folks always take good care of me. They're knowledgeable and always ready to help. I won't get specific, as Idt this is a regular service they offer, but once I was really in a pinch and they helped me tremendously. Just good folks over there. If you need parts for you vehicle, then go see them.

I needed a couple of lug nuts for my car (an RX-8), and the store associate was able to find a couple of options for me. Because I don't have a spare or tire changing tools (tiny trunk), he was kind enough to install the lug nuts for me. I appreciated his willingness to take the time.

I stopped into O’Reily’s in Pleasant View this week to see if I could pay someone to assist me as my rear tire was low according to the car computer. I was about to get on the interstate and knew it needed to be evaluated. Austin greeted me as I entered the store and although refusing to be paid, he offered to help me eagerly.

Austin thoroughly check the tires and was incredibly helpful. Every business needs an Austin on their team. Next time I purchase car supplies I will make the trip to Pleasant View because of the kindness of this one special employee!

Brent and Kenny at this location are so helpful! My mom and I was in Nashville, TN visiting when we had car trouble and had to pull into this auto part store in Pleasantview, TN. Brent and Kenny were both so helpful and tried to figure out the problem for us. They called a local mechanic for us and was truly a huge blessing for us that day as we had to travel back to Indiana. We really appreciate these two! Thank you Brent and Kenny!

Great staff and outstanding service from friendly down-home professionals!

This place is great, and Kenny is the best. I pulled in with a caliper issue, and Kenny spotted right away that I'd lost a mounting bolt. It was 10 minutes til closing time, but Kenny jacked up the vehicle, took the tire off, found a replacement bolt, and reinstalled the caliper. I've always supported O'Reilly's, and it's because of moments like this—and this is not the first time I've experienced it! Give Kenny a raise!

"I am so glad for the placement of this store in pleasant view. The young man Brandon offered to put in a battery for me after i bought it for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It took him only about 10 minutes and i was on my way. He was so helpful compared to the other worker who just sat at the counter."

My daughter and I were traveling across Tennessee onto Georgia when we starting to experience a car issue. We immediately found this O'Reillys and Randy and Austin were not only incredibly kind...they were able to fix my issue and reassure us that we were safe to continue our drive. They were gracious, quick, thorough, and effective. I thought we were going to be stranded until I could find a repair and realized although it could have turned out to be a disaster... we were able to safely reach our destination.

Today, I became a loyal O'Reilly auto parts only customer!

I have been going to AutoZone since i worked there in the early 1980s. The whole reason for my change is my buddy at church Gary told me that they hire developmentally stunted children. I initially thought he was wrong but after my first trip to this O'reilly's he was proven right. I went in a day or two ago and went straight up to the counter to ask for some assistance. At first i wanted to speak to Austin i saw a boy in the middle isle with a red bonnet playing on their phone. I asked if i could get some help but it seemed he ignored me. After a second i asked him again but still he ignored me. I was about to leave when a very polite man walked up and asked if i needed assistance. I did his name was George and he did a wonderful job of assisting me. He found the alternator i needed in less than a few clicks of his mouse. As i was waiting for George to retrieve my part the boy in the bonnet walked up and asked me how i was doing and we started a conversation. I found out this was the illustrious Austin. Now at first i wanted to have a conversation but not to sound rude he had a very bad odor. Now i understand this is by no means his fault but his handler should be taking better care of him. I have half of mind to talk with the manger and get them to call aps. none the less he still seamed to be happy. At the time of writing this they are closed but in the morning i will be contacting the manger.

I went and bought a battery today. Without being asked, the asst. manager offered to put it in for me. The job ended up being more complicated than he anticipated because of some corrosion on the terminal. He worked so hard and gave it his all, really like it was his own car. He could have easily given up and said it was more than he'd bargained for, but he went the extra mile and finished the job. I was so appreciative of his hard work, competence, and willingness to help me out.

Store had what I needed (headlights) at a fraction of what their competitors charge. I cannot believe how much I've been overpaying for these headlights elsewhere! The staff assisted me with changing out my old ones with the new ones. I'm very pleased.

Great guys working here. Polite kind patient and even help me install my windshield wipers. Definite great customer service. That’s why I will always go back for more assistance.
