T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Great! My husband left his phones on top of our vehicle and we drove off without realizing it. About an hr later we noticed we couldn’t find his phones. I was able to track his location only to find them laying in the street a few towns over. Thankfully, this T-Mobile store stayed open one hour later than the other T-Mobile stores. We went in and were greeted by two individuals. Dean & Bridget we’re a great help to us. They noticed we were on a plan that didn’t benefit us so they were able to switch that along with getting us both set up with brand new phones. They were very kind, interactive & demonstrated patience with us. Once again thank you ladies!

I just want to say that I’m so happy with the new management T-Mobile has at this new location. The 2 managers went above and beyond to help our family switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. They had only got a few days of training and did an amazing job. We will definitely be back! Thank you ladies for showing that you actually care about your customers!

Great experience!!! The girl with the red hair and glasses (I think her name was Nikki) was very patient and professional. She really knew her stuff. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Great folks at this store. I had an issue with my phone and they spent a long time with me resolving it. Very friendly and helpful.

Great service and helped me get exactly the phone I was looking for (it was on backorder arriving the next day and she saved it for me as promised). They also did a courtesy call recently to make sure I'm still happy with my new device. This isn't a service center, it's a Sprint authorized dealer, but I'd recommend them for phones. Did not push accessories on me when I purchased my phone. Offered the bundle for case and earbuds once which is appropriate. Convenient location also.
