Great customer service. My Honda van broke down at the store and the store manager left us stay with him after the store closed so we could stay warm because it took awhile for our ride to arrive. Everyone was super nice. They went the extra mile for us and I really appreciate that. We will be back. Thanks again.

Most of the time they have exactly what I need but if the store is out of stock the wonderful staff can get it to you lightning fast. Team members like Ulisses is why I shop Advance Auto!

Excellent customer service, the guy in the giant shirt was very help and wise, Larry’s son was very knowledgeable as well, much like the employees at o’reillys, unlike o’reillys however he actually came out and fixed the small problem with my car.

Went in to store to return some materials, and the return process was very easy and quick and the customer service representatives make sure that everything I needed to do was done.

Great staff... Joey helped me out by making sure the new alternator worked before I had it installed. First one didn't work. He got the second one from the other store and translated for me to get a local mechanic to get it installed. I am one happy traveler.

It's my local go-to for parts or supplies that I, for whatever reason, gotta have *today.* I must admit that most of my visits occur out of a real duress situation, and yes, online retailers rhyming with "Al-Anon" and "ePray" are generally cheaper, but sometimes I just need to put my hands on a part before I buy it -- and later, bring back, when despite touching it and comparing it to what my brain believes I needed, it turns out that I did in fact choose the right career (far from mechanic). And yeah, while the nearby "O'Blimeys" brick and mortar competition is admittedly a newer and larger store, Advance says that "our best part is our people," and that's usually true. What they sometimes lack in raw knowledge they typically make up for in sincerity with their efforts to help their typically-distraught patrons. Store manager Juan and his team have consistently taken very good care of my myriad arcane sub-shadetree-level DIY car care, restoration, and repair parts needs for many years now. If they don't have it in stock, usually another store nearby does, and they can usually get it same-day or next-day. Even "Amawrong" isn't that fast. They're not the cheapest, but I do love my SpeedPerks VIP level rewards, and the staff both tolerate my persistently intense browsing and even (by sheer grace) smiled and joked with my super "engaging" napless toddler son during that phase of his life. Turns out that their best part really is their people.

I want to give a HUGE Kudos to your employee Mr. McKeown. Even during these uncertain times, he stepped up to help someone in need today and we couldn't be more grateful. He's truly someone that understands we're all in this together and helped another person out today without asking for anything in return & did so while Social distancing. The world needs more people like him in it!

My friends & I were 6 hours from home when my alternator went out. Not only did they test & confirm but they are after hours mechanics! These guys were great, thought I was going in to have to get new batteries but they tested them, said they were good. Refreshing that they didnt try selling me new ones because the ones I brought in were from a competitor's store.

I had to bring some little bulbs back for exchange, these guys did a great job getting me what I needed in addition to that.

Even came out and helped me put the windshield wiper on the rear window of my car and made sure it was working right before I left.

My motorcycle battery died while I was stopped. They verified it was dead and had a replacement that fit my 1984 Honda. I've always been impressed by the employees​for both their knowledge and willingness to help

My tail pipe had completely severed, and I had come here with the intent of buying a tool to cut the pipe in half so that it did not scrape the ground. The gentleman behind the counter offered to look at the car, and laid on the ground wrestling with the pipe until he had positioned it securely at 8:30PM on a Saturday. I drove 3+ hours back home without any problems. This man is a scholar and a gentleman. Oh, and anywhere that plays Megadeth cannot possibly receive less than 5 stars. Rock on!
