Mr. Deuel and his staff are very helpful, caring and friendly. They give you the hometown personal experience or small business owners that contribute back to the community in positive action.

I love supporting small businesses and not corporate especially when dealing with life and health issues.

One important thing to remember is this is a sole practice so best not to wait until the last minute around holidays and weekends as they can't be there 24/7 . Just a word or precious but if it was truly an emergency I'm sure they would do all they can to help.

Mr. Deuel is an extremely nice man, but doesn’t tolerate nonsense. There’s always a police officer as security in there who is always pleasant to speak with. We’ve used Deuel for years and will continue to use them. His father was a pharmacist and he followed in his footsteps. A very knowledgeable man who always tries to work with you if they don’t have a medication in stock. I’d recommend to anyone and I’ve already done so. I’ve sent several people his way who still use him to this day!

There is no better pharmacy you could go to. Never a wait and always super friendly.

They always have my medicine even when other drugstores do not. Also, they are very fast!

Deuels pharmacy is hands down the friendliest and best pharmacy in mobile. You are not seen as a number, but as a person, and they treat you that way. Any questions or issues you have the staff can answer and help. I personally use Deuels just for the interaction with the staff. I have never had an issue and if I did the staff made sure the problem was resolved as soon as possible. I highly recommend using their services, and I personally will never use another pharmacy as long as I live in mobile. CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and other chain stores do not care about you. They care about their bottom line. Deuels cares about the patient more than anything, and will do whatever they can to make sure when you walk out the doors, that you feel taken care. To reiterate Deuels cares and that's the difference between them and other chain stores and I highly recommend using them. The lagniape should give them a Nappie for customer service to the community and how wonderfuly they treat everyone.

They were able to get my medicine that my chain pharmacy said was on backorder. I was able to pick it up the next day. Very friendly and professional.
