Delivered shopping carts. Their computer had the date wrong. They thought I was delivering tomorrow. But, they went ahead and got me to a dock.

All the associates are very friendly. Was able to locate item needed easily with the app. Quick checkout.

One of My Favorite stores, the cashiers are beautiful, lol. Be careful what you order online ( with store-pick up ) because it may be over a month before it available for pick up, o don't understand why it would take so long, but I ordered a door here in November, and the estimated time for pick-up is in January, I mean don't y'all stock doors.

At 8:00 on a hot, muggy Saturday night, my husband and I were at a different Home Depot to buy a replacement ceiling fan for ours that died. Looking on the website, we discovered that this Home Depot had the fan we needed. In desperation, I called and spoke to a very friendly and helpful Ms. Nika who not only checked to make sure they had it in stock, she held it for me at the customer service counter on my promise that I would be there before their 9:00 closing time. We raced over and arrived at 8:45, with Nika calling me once to ensure that I was en route. It's little things like this that make a big difference to customers and I can't thank Nika enough because we were finally able to sleep cool and comfortably!

These guy's were super helpful with service today & Matt not only was helpful but also advised us of an easier way to fix our plumbing issue while installing a hot water heater we purchased at the same time. This was a most enjoyable visit for me.

My visit is always pleasant at this store. More so now that the Pandemic has allowed more friendly helpful assistance throughout the store. The check out area always pleasant. No long lines with sparse staff, still a lot of businesses understaffed. Hopefully with the latest Covid variants on the rise again, more people will get vaccinated and come back to work.
Plants are outrageously priced everywhere. Wish they’d give us some kind of break on items so ch as these. We still enjoy doing outdoor activities. Plants are not a staple in life. They are good for the earth and people overall. Bet if ya had a big plant sale you’d see more customers in store overall.

Plenty of well lighted parking, very knowledgeable staff in the gardening section. I feel the plant prices were a little high, but the quality was excellent. Good choices with many choices in the same plants.

Employees very helpful, but could not find one of the items that I was looking for-Christmas rush has already started. Thank you Home Depot!

Employees are rude,refuses to help customers; " who; are mainly responsive for them having jobs.
Question: where are mangers? who are ensuring customers are well treated--also guaranting good PR.

Alex is the best service advisor I've dealt with in a long time. Very courteous and professional. He cares about his customers and your vehicle.

I am redoing my house so this has become a second home. With so many choices in such helpful friendly customer service we can't go wrong. Not to mention the fair pricing is a winner for me!

i initially had an issue with a pick up order i had placed on line, but thanks to the very helpful and kind manager named Paul my issue was resolved quickly and my order was taken care of. Paul more than made up for the issue i had, and it was very appreciated.

I live in Metairie and drive to Laplace to shop at this Home Depot .
The store is clean and well maintained.
Shelves are always stocked , and someone is willing to help you if you cant find what you are looking for .

The staff were outstanding on my last visit. The workers were quick to help me find what I needed, the cashier was very friendly, and the manager was readily available. Awesome experience!

Mr. Andy by electrical was very busy and took the time to bring me to each item that I was looking for. The loader josh in the parking was great help he pushed my car and loaded all my material.

My experience at the local home depot was great!!! I paid for my merchandise inline and went to the store for pick up and it was great! Purchased this security door and it was a great buy for the price and exactly what I wanted!!!#happycustomer

When I'm in need of specialty light bulbs....this is the place I go to. They usually have all kinds of specialty size light bulbs. Today I was there around 5pm and was in luck. Just remember specialty light bulbs are not cheap.
