I went there today with my son. First time in this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented the batting cage. The manager checked on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Great experience.

Bought a Pelican Trailblazer 100 NXT kayak today at the Citrus Park, FL store. A+++ service from Michael who helped get the kayak from the stockroom and he also assisted in getting the 240cm paddle I needed along with the life vest. Very pleased with my experience today, smooth as silk. Thank you!

I used the guys in the golf department to regrip a putter. Good work and very fast and good to chat with.

I have some physical issues that make shoe shopping very difficult, I often just give up... he worked with me until I found exactly what I needed..... awesome personality... while assisting me he treated me like I was the only customer, but was still attentive to everything going on around him.... I know he's new but don't lose this guy ... he is what customer service should be.

I had been to several stores, tried multiple brands, and couldn't decide on a pair of tennis shoes. Sean at Citrus Park was great!! He took his time with me, offered his opinion, but wasn't pushy. He didn't hesitate to bring out different options and sizes to insure I was happy. Awesome customer service!! Thank you for your help, Sean!! 🙂

Best shopping experience ever! I could not have asked for better customer service. The associates in the fishing department were super friendly and extremely knowledgable. They were able to assist me in picking out the right fishing pole for a very reasonable price. 100000/10 would highly recommend!!!

Visited this store just for fun, walking around, knowing the area, however it was impossible leaving without my beautiful Nike suit (Sport short and bra) + wrist band. Loved it. Can't wait to use it soon.

Alex in shoes was awesome...a very pleasant experienced young staff member. He helped us both with our hiking boots ~ Keen & Columbia ~ that we'll need for out trip out west. Extremely helpful to his customers! High "5" Alex!!!😁

A lot of people take the time to complain about bad service, however I am not going to do that. I want to recognize someone for doing am outstanding job.

I spent an hour trying to find the right size shoe, Alejandro(Alex) (who was the only employee in the area) worked professionally and diligently to assist up to 4 customers at a time. He was knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately I observed many customers leave (as he was in the storeroom getting shoes for others, since there was not enough help). I actually called the store manager (Rebecca) while I was in the shoe section and asked them to send him more help. More shown eventually, but Alex ran circles around them. You need to recognize this young man and for his hard work.

Very clean, staff is very helpful. I recommend purchasing sports apparel and equipment here.

Great selection of baseball equipment. My son is starting his first season of tee ball and they had everything we needed to get his started. The prices were great and they even offer 20% off through the Little league team. Well worth a stop in for any of your sporting goods needs

I purchased a Savage Model 11 .308 extremely satisfied with the rifle shooting 1/4 inch groups @ 200 yards. I want to thank Bruce at the Lodge for his wonderful personality and expertise. Even though I had a concealed carry permit I wasn't able to take the rifle home with me that same day do to it being almost 10o'clock pm Bruce called me as soon as he got in the following day to let me know that it went through. Thanks again Bruce!

This was a great store, plenty of customers-though not to much to where it was crowded- and it was filled with every kind of sports gear you could think of. I also really liked the fact that they don't get after people tossing the balls within the store because they want you to be able to test out the equipment before you buy it. Highly recommend 😁👍

Went to get a rod for my 10 year olds birthday, Joseph helped me and he was a joy to work with. Knowledgeable, kind, hard working and got me a $10 discount. I’ll be back! Promote Joseph!!!

I visted this store on Dec 11 2017 and I have to say it was the best experience of my life.
Nicco & Taylor went above an beyond to help me with a set of golf clubs I was purchasing for my brother for Christmas. I wish I could give this rating a million stars you guys rock! I will definitely be back in Jan to purchase more golf stuff for my brother's birthday.

It is all about "The Lodge". When I go to "The Lodge", I always have the best experiences. Between the new information on different items, discussions on new product, sales, etc. the customer service aspect is incredible. There is such a personal touch and all of the staff members are so nice and their knowledge and wisdom that they share is absolutely invaluable.
