I entered the store needing to add a business colleague to my plan, and to purchase new devices. Ruthann assisted as my sales representative. Throughout the entire process (lasting well over an hour), she was incredibly courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. It was obvious she was very customer-focused and made the transaction simple to navigate. I could not be more complimentary of this store, and Ruthann as a representative, following my experience.

Lynn has been a great help to me. She reviewed how I set up .phone .explained all steps and how to go from screen to screen. I feel welcome at this office.

Went to Verizon for an issue with my mothers phone. The iPhone was stuck in SOS mode and needed a new SIM card.

Lynn took care of me and was very respectful and offered great service. Was in and out of the store quickly with the phone working again.

All of the people at this location are super helpful and will get you the best deal possible. They're also very knowledgeable about the equipment as well as about working with Verizon. Shout outs to Aaron & Ryan for getting me started with my new S24 and iPad! Fantastic support, above & beyond! The Samsung Rep, who had stopped in, was also pretty great!

Darrin was great! He provided excellent customer service! He took his time setting up my phone and made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. Moving forward I'll make it a priority to go to the Oldsmar location just so I can receive help from Darrin.
