The gentleman helped me replace the batteries in my key fob when no one else would. He was super kind about showing me how to do it without breaking it and he was super quick. If you like efficiency and amazing customer service then I highly recommend!

If I could give a higher rating I would. My battery completely died and Christopher helped me find that out. Also him and another worker Violet helped me change my battery. It was a pain in the butt to say the least. The manager Jim came out and helped for not even 10 seconds but was able to complete what we was struggling with. I highly appreciate them all and am very grateful since I’m from Ohio and have to drive still!!

Excellent team here, the guys are knowledgeable, prompt customer service. During my brief visit the associate who helped me tested my battery, quickly determined it was bad, and replaced within minutes.

The Rolla AutoZone is better than most, I run a trucking company and the staff is always very knowledgeable and quick for my needs.

Had an impressive interaction with Christine the manager and several employees, these people really go out of their way to run a successful business and put the customer first. I am happy to use brick and mortar shops over online only stores. I don't leave many reviews but this one is great, highly recommend, great people!

Ashley was wonderful! I went there for a new battery. As I was telling her about another issue she took extra time to check my alternator as that could have been the cause. It ended up i just needed the battery today. I appreciate that extra step she took today when she didn't need to. This is just an example of her work ethic and integrity.

The employees at auto zone were very kind to me when my car battery went out. They had the battery in stock and a gentleman ( I think his name was Teri) installed it in my car in less than 10 minutes. He was very fast and polite. I had to get some wipers for my semi and a new battery cable end for my car. They young man helping me was very knowledgeable with what I was needing for my car. I really appreciate the help. He also got me signed up for the phone number points now that the card is obsolete. Thanks again!

Great service, super helpful, knowledgeable. I really can't say enough about the employees tonight. They helped change out two batteries and replace our hood shocks in no time at all! Absolutely fantastic!

I’ve bought my car batteries from here for over four years (five cars). Free installation, and when I had a problem today, I dropped by and they quickly fixed it. (Battery needed a shim for better connection.) Friendly, fast. Clean store.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. If it don't have a part it's very easy for them to get it the next day or you can order something online to be delivered to there the next day or within two or three days. Overall, the place seems clean and organized.

This auto zone has a great location that is easy to get in and out of. Staff was always friendly and helpful. It's nice to goto a store that is the same feeling no matter where the store is located. Auto zone does a great job at setting that tone. Prices are usually pretty good. I just wish the loan a tool program was a little cheaper some times.

As a commercial customer I am very happy with the service I am provided. The staff goes out of their way to make sure I have the parts needed to run my business. Thank you all for the great service.
