McDonald's

Ordering through the app was easy and quick. It took a bit longer than I would expect once I got there for them to bring my food out, but the gentleman that brought it was very courteous, so I only subtracted 2 stars. Usually, I wouldn't subtract more than 1 star, but I ordered, drove 15 minutes to get there (so my order should have been ready) and then I even waited for 22 minutes after parking and checking in. Fast food should be much faster, in my opinion. 37 minutes is quite a while for 6 McMuffins and 2 breakfast burritos. Other than that, it was great.

My husband and I did curbside pickup yesterday at about 7:22. Not only was our food fresh and hot but the Manager who brought our food out, Emily, was extremely nice. She provided us with such great customer service that we had to give her a shout out. Thank you for making our experience pleasant. Keep up the great work!!!

Emily was extremely kind and served us when we showed up after lobby hours in our RV. What a great team. Thank you all so much.

So far, everything I order from them they get it perfect! Wendy's could learn a lot from this place. Plus, no fry beats McDonald's fries. Keep up the fantastic job!

I took my three small children here last Sunday, and I was amazed at how helpful the staff were. They brought our food to the table, and as I got the kids food set up, I told them to sit down and eat while I got my drink, one of the ladies working there, Staci I think was her name, offered to stay with them until I could make it back with my drink. Great service, and exceptionally friendly staff!

We have been to MANY McDonald's over the US and this is by far the best one. The employees are always nice, the food is always hot and fresh, we love it! I use to order my fries without salt ALL the time before moving to Fort Leonard Wood cuz I wanted hot fries but since eating here at this McDonald's I never order them without salt cuz they are always hot and good!!

We’re the huge family that always orders 10+ burgers, or 4-5 20pc. Chicken nugget boxes. We always need all kinds of sauces to make people happy. These employees did well. Super friendly and excited to help. Highly recommended.

this is my first time coming here and it's rare that I do because I don't frequent the McDonald's near Springfield but those guys could learn a thing or two from the people that work here. Absolutely stunning service, effective teamwork, and smiles to match.

This location has updated, clean restrooms. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and has several of the self serve kiosks to order & pay if you want to. The staff here during my visit were very kind and accommodating. I ordered using the kiosk & messed up by picking the wrong type of McCafe drink. They changed my drink to what I had wanted to get without fuss! Their customer service was much appreciated!

Dined in here a few days ago with my friend and her 2 young daughters. After we had set down and started to eat staff stopped by to make sure everything was good. Even had an employee drop of a coloring sheet with crayons for the oldest. McDonald's has definitely stepped up thier game and this location will also be a go to stop for me.

This location surprises me every time. Right when I think McDonald’s has bad service, this one renews my faith in humanity lol. Though the wait can be 10+ mins, the food is always hot and tasty like McDonald’s is known for (instead of slapped together or poorly prepared).

We went here two times a couple of weeks ago. Both times it was very late. We got exceptional service and the workers were pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be going back if we pass through the area!!!

This review right here is for Haden, today I went to this location for some chicken nuggies because I was having a bad day only nuggies could console. He was a beaming ray of sunshine on my pre-rained upon parade. He's probably the only reason I didn't cry today and my best friend and I had to go back and get another coffee so I could get his name and make this review.

This franchise has restored the brand for me. In the USA mcdonalds I have used are rubbish but this one the food was great not full of fat. Staff were awesome and even brought over to our table. Well done guys. Way to go. :)

Was passing thru and stop for a frappe, Emily made the best frappe I’ve ever had and I’m a trucker so I’ve tried a lot, Thanks Emily for start my day off right. I think this woman need a raise, cause her food prep and customer service is extraordinary

The food was hot and fresh. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Even when it's busy they get it right on the money at this location.
